Unit 2 Mock’s bad day 第一课时
教学目标：
知识目标:
1.能够结合插图、动画、动作等理解故事。
2.知道讲述过去的事情时动词形式会发生变化。
技能目标：
1.能够分角色、有感情的朗读故事。
2.根据图片和主要词汇的提示尝试讲述故事。
情感态度目标：
认识到什么是正确的饮食习惯，培养良好的饮食习惯。
教学重点：课文的故事部分及动词过去式的表达方式。
教学难点： 1. 课文的文字叙述部分。2. 动词过去式的变化。
教学过程：
Step 1. Warming up and presentation.
1.师生问好
2.播放第一单元歌曲，师生一起做动作唱。
3. Presentation.
（1）引入：Can you guess where Mocky was yesterday
再问：What did Mocky do Was he happy or not
（2）引出课题。 T: Do you want to know what Mocky did at Ann and Ken’s house I’ll tell you a story.
（3）板书课题。
Step 2. New learning and practicing
A .提出问题，初听故事.
1.先请学生尝试提问，然后教师补充 。
(1) Who are in the story (2) Where are they (3) What are they doing
2.听完故事，回答问题。
They are Ken, Ann, Ken’s mother and Mocky. They are in the kitchen at Ann and Ken’s house.
They are eating breakfast.
B .再听课文，提出问题。
1.播放课件，学生看书，划出不懂的词语。
2.小组内交流，提出共同的问题。
C.理解新词。
通过图片理解新词汇。Made a mess
Mocky coughed and the banana went everywhere. So he made a mess.
We shouldn’t make a mess in our classroom. We should make it clean.
讲解词组与课文内容结合起来，与学生的生活实际结合起来。
D.逐图讲故事 。
Picture 1. Where were Ken and Ann yesterday Who visited their house
Picture 2. What did Ann give Mocky
Picture 3. How did Mocky eat the banana
Picture 4. Who came into the kitchen
Picture 5. What happened to Mocky Why
Picture 6. How did Ken help him 表演Mocky吃香蕉的动作 。Ken 拍Mocky后背的动作。
Picture 7. Was he still sick
Picture 8. What happened next day
E.分角色朗读 。
1. Read after the tape.
2.Do role play in groups.小组分角色朗读展示。 （1---2组）
Step 3.Development
A.学习叙述部分。
1.Listen to the CAI
2.如：Mocky usually come in the afternoon. But yesterday he came in the morning.
学生在语境中体会动词原形和过去式的区别。
4.小组活动，选词填空。
