I. Learning aims and demands(学习目标与要求):
1. Knowledge aims(知识目标):
①Function: Talking about the food somebody wants.
②Words: Chinese, fast food, want, some, make, nice, chopsticks, difficult.
③Sentences: Do you want some… Yes, please. No, thank you.
2.Ability aims (能力目标): To develop “listening, speaking, reading, writing” skills.
3.Feeling aims(情感目标): Arouse the Ss to know about the customs between China and western countries.
II.Important points(重点): Do you want some… Yes, please. No, thank you.
III.Difficult points(难点): Read the sentence “Chopsticks are difficult.”
IV. Aids preparation(学具准备): CD-ROM, word cards, multimedia.
V.Lead learning process(辅导训练):
Step 1 Warming-up(热身)
Greetings.
T: Class begins!
M: Stand up!
T: Hello, boys and girls.
Ss: Hello, Miss Liu.
T:Nice to see you.
Ss: Nice to see you, too.
Say a chant “Noodles and rice are nice.” And teach “nice”.
Step 2 Pre-task(任务呈现)
T: Noodles and rice are food. Today we are talking about food. Let’s review some food. (PPT shows “noodles, rice, milk, meat, bread”) Get the Ss to say as quickly as they can.
T: And we can call these food fast food.
T :( Erase “bread”) We call these food Chinese fast food. (learn “Chinese”.)
T: Do you want some rice (Help them to say.)
S: Yes, please. / No, thank you.
T: Do you want some meat
S: Yes, please. / No, thank you.
T: I’m the shop assistant, you are the customers. Answer my questions according to the form. Do you want some apples/ bananas……
S: Yes, please. / No, thank you.
Get them to practice in pairs.
T: I want some noodles. But I can’t make noodles. (learn “make, make noodles”.)
T: (PPt shows a man.) Look at this man. What’s he doing
S: He is making noodles.
T: When we eat noodles, what do we use Knife and fork or chopsticks
S: Chopsticks. ( learn “Chopsticks”.)
T: Chopsticks are difficult for this boy. ( learn “difficult”.) Chopsticks are difficult for Amy, too. Let’s listen.
Step 3 While-task(任务实施)
Finish Part1.
Listen and ask: What food does Daming ask Amy to look
Listen again and ask: Does Amy want some rice What’s the man doing Does Amy want some noodles What does Amy think of chopsticks Has Amy got chopsticks in England Has Amy got fast food in England
Listen again and find “Do you want some… Yes, please. No, thank you.”
Listen and repeat.
Practice.
Drill.
Step 4 Post-task(完成运用任务)
T: My birthday is coming. I want to prepare some food. Can you guess what I want Please ask me with “Do you want some…… ”
Make a survey.
