2学情分析
由于本模块是学生第一次接触一般过去时,他们在这一时态的理解上可能有一定困难。所以在“was, were”与“am, is, are”的区分运用上,学生可能会有各种疑惑和错误,老师要通过直观的图片对比,让学生理解一般过去时的显著特征,并且通过多种活动来运用这一新知识点,来巩固和运用。

活动1【导入】导入
Preparation
老师出示三幅图片:
T: It was very cold yesterday.
It was snow.
My bay was very heavy.
And I was very happy.
Why?
Because I was in Harbin yesterday.
Now I am in Dalian.
学生很纳闷,而后老师说出原因。
活动2【导入】Presentation
T: Where were you in holidays?

T: 现在我们知道了Miss Fei 和小外星人的假期都去了哪里。希望通过今天的学习,大家都能说一说自己家人的愉快的假期生活,告诉大家你都去了哪些美丽的地方。

学生在回答出每个家庭成员所在城市的时候,老师板书这些关键词语,学生练习认读,并体会用法,在语境和图片的帮助下,学习运用)
City Game
老师准备两个盒子,每个盒子里装很多城市的名字。一个盒子上画一个叉(哭脸),表示不在这里,另外一个盒子画勾(笑脸),表示在这里。
学生从两个盒子里各拿出一个城市,然后造句子。
( 先上来一个学生,练习单数形式。 然后上来两个学生,或者三个,练习复数形式)
4. Practice to read the text.
学生自己练习读课文,然后在图片的提示下,尝试复述课文

本课的评价方式,为四个小组,六个城市,然后看看哪个小组能够去最多的城市,这个方式是否合适

图片比较: 书中第五部分的两幅图片,学生观察之后,说出他们的变化。T: 出示在导入环节出现的猪的图片,然后导入歌曲环节: Do you remember this pig? It was young then, now it is old.

Tell us about your holidays.
T: 调控反馈,并给予奖励。
S: Take out their photos, and talk about in groups.
