是一篇有关应对压力、平衡生活的文章,它旨在帮助学生了解压力产生的原因以及掌握减轻压力的方法,从而培养他们积极应对压力、健康生活的意识。初三年级的学生大部分都面临着来自学习或其它方面的压力,所以了解压力产生的原因及减轻压力的方法对他们来说显得尤为重要。
学情分析
因为是异地教学,所以只能初步了解到华南碧桂园学校学生的英语基础较好,英语表达能力较强,课堂参与积极性较高。
