通过本节课的学习我最大的收获:
1.有利于提高自身的教育教学能力与水平。本节课最大亮点就是充分发挥学生的主体地位。充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,让学生参与到课堂教学中来,多对话,多表演,变要我学为我要学。
2.课后,好多学生主动跑过来围在我身边和我一块反思本节课的收获和不足。
结合本节课的教学内容、教学过程和教学效果的反思,在今后的教学中要注意以下几方面:
1、备好课。备课不是简单的将知识罗列或记忆,要遵循“充分整合教材、合理挖掘教材、有效拓展教材”的方针处理教材,不仅备教材,还要备学生,并预设教学中可能会出现的各种问题及解决方法。
2、充分发挥评价对学生的激励作用,在授课过程中不同的学生给以不同程度的题,然后给予表扬,从而调动全体学生的积极性,使学生乐学,愿学。
教学工作是一项认真细致和需要耐心的工作,不能有半点马虎和敷衍。同时教学工作不仅要教给学生知识,还要培养学生学习的习惯和学习的能力。只有充分发挥教师的才智才有可能胜任这份工作,希望我能在今后的工
