( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )可见反思可以成就君子。“三年反思成名师”这句坊间俗语,也非常直接的告诉我们,反思对于一名教师的重要性。通过准备和授课,我对《新课程标准》的第四部分是给教师的几点教学建议有了更深刻的了解和感悟。
第一,教师应面向全体学生,为每个学生的英语学习奠定基础。
本节课授课中,我设计了gameti

开展个部分的教学活动,引导学生参与,体验课堂教学的每一个环节。例如,在读前的导入环节我制作了微课

以教师的成长历程为示例,引导学生感悟历史上的重大事件对人力社会的影响。针对阅读课上生词多,文章长,学生阅读困难的情况,我注重在读前活动中学习新单词,梳理文章脉络,搭建阅读支架,降低阅读难度,增强学生阅读的兴趣和动力,减少学生的畏难情绪。同时本节课中,我注重创设公平民主的阅读氛围,鼓励学生展示自己的思想和简介,接纳不同的思想和表达,积极帮助学习有困难的学生。例如,读后的Recite
和Pair
work
这两个展示活动,也让全体学生都参与到语言的操练和实际运用中,不但让学生学会如何交流、合作,而且调动了所有学生的积极性。在全班面前展示活动的成果,让学生们很兴奋,而每次展示活动结束后大家真诚赞扬的掌声,也能让参加展示活动的学生更加自信,更乐于参加课堂的教学活动。
其次,教师应加强学习策略指导,培养学生的自主学习能力。

( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )学习策略对于提高学习效果十分重要。阅读课的一个重要目标不仅是读懂所学的这一篇课文更重要的是要利用在阅读课上所学习到的阅读技能和方法来解决实际阅读中遇到的各种问题,即学生要通过本节课的学习达到触类旁通的效果。本课中,我重点训练了学生利用特殊疑问句,梳理文本的写作思路,搭建阅读的思维导图。首先,我让学生通过阅读回答问题,进而总结wh-questions对文章阅读的重要作用,然后在第二部分的阅读中,我首先让学生根据所学习的阅读技巧对第二部分的文本进行提问,从而检测学生是否能够正确的运用所学到的技能解决实际问题。
再次、教师应培养学生的跨文化交际意识,发展学生的跨文化交际能力。
语言与文化是密切相关的。英语教学应
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )有利于学生理解外国文化,加深对祖国文化的理解,进而拓展文化视野,形成跨文化交际意识和初步的跨文化交际能力。由于本节可取材于美国历史上的两次重大的突发事件,学生对这两个事件的相关背景知识了解比较少。因此我准备了马丁路德金和9.11
事件的两个微视频,直观的影像资料既给学生补充了相关的背景知识又给学生的心灵带来很大的冲击。他们不仅能够帮助学生理解文章的内容而且也为学生带来了深深的思考。在课堂教学中穿插着对于西方文化等相关背景知识的渗透,进一步拓宽了学生的文化视野,增强了他们的跨文化交际能力。
四、教师应结合实际教学需要,创造性地使用教材。
教材是实现教学目标的重要材

本篇文章以美国历史上的重大事件为依托,借助人们回忆当时的情景为线索,全面系统的为学生展示了马丁路德金遇刺事件和9.11恐怖袭击事件的景象。在对文本的处理过程中,我筛选了事件发生的时间,影响,人们当时所从事的活动和当时的心情为线索帮助学生阅读文本,理解文章,减少了对于叙述性的语句的分析。事实证明,给学生一条清晰的线索能够帮助他们更快更好的阅读课文,理解文章。
五、教师应合理利用各种教学资源,提高学生的学习效率。
现代教育技术和教育资源为英语学
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )习提供了多种媒体手段、多种类型的平台和多方位的空间。教师要充分发挥各种教学手段和教学资源的作用,科学,合理,恰当,简约的为提高学生的英语学习效果服务。以本节课为例,我在课程开始之初加入了视频材料,在课程进行中,也补充了相应的背景知识。同时我还运用,ppt,这种有效的上课辅助软件,对课件进行了创造性的利用。以gametime为例,我运用击鼓传花的形式,调动学生的积极性,为课堂的下一个环节进行铺垫。
