我所执教的是一节复习课,按照
“自主
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )梳理,固化知识——以旧引新,深化知识——迁移应用,活化知识——整体建构,内化拓展——触摸中考,强化提升”的模式展开教学活动。本单元的核心话题为“talk
about
what
they
used
to
be
like”,围绕着谈论过去自己和他人过去经常做的事,谈论自己和他人过去的外貌\性格\爱好。本节课我没有像传统的复习课那样,再次地把学过的知识再现给学生,而是围绕“谈论孩子们的变化与成长”这一主线,整合相关内容,让学生能在“做中学”,通过任务性教学,以观察图片、听力理解、阅读理解等训练方式和独立学习、合作交流、完成任务等形式,展开形式多样的听、说、读、写学习活动,培养学生综合运用语言的能力。在有限的课堂实践活动中让学生学会准确地用英语来表达自己在外貌、性格、爱好以及理想方面的变化,重在培养学生的习得语言运用能力、实践能力、合作能力及创新意识。

遵从学生认知规律,整合相关知识
本节课以学生为主体
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com ),遵从学生的认知规律:即单词----词组---句子----篇章,由易到难、由简单到复杂的过程。单词、词组和句子是对学生进行的语言输入,是学生语言知识的储备,只有打好了基础才能顺利进行语篇的输出。如本节课的单词复习是通过我引领学生自主学习,由于是多个话题的整合学生的单词量不能那么完整,老师再给予补充,然后给出学生记忆和记笔记的时间,在复习的过程中培养学生良好的学习习惯很重要。再如复习比较级最高级时,我首先让学生通过观察语言材料,发现、回忆相关语言现象,讨论并总结出语法规则,完成了本节课的目标,充分体现了“在用中学,在学中用”的教学理念。
3.重视各种策略的运用,整合听、说、读、写技能
听、说、读、写四个方面是互相

( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )编,听力是网络热门话题关于张一山和夏雨的讨论,阅读主人公是春晚名人大萌子。改编后的听力和阅读既节约了时间又突出了本节课的重点,贴近本节的话题,学生也很感兴趣。今天的写作是关于成长和变化的话题,包含了性格、外貌、爱好和职业几个话题的整合,与我们威海前年的中考作文题目不谋而合;去年威海市中考作文从校园建设上描写了学校的过去、现在和未来,那也是几个话题和几大时态的整合。
4.根据学生心理特点,整合形式多样的评价方式
真实有效的评价也是一节课的关键,
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )它能充分调动学生的积极性。本节课我利用的这种评价方式是一种显性评价,既省时学生学生又能一目了然,更能激发学生的竞争意识。另外本节课我从词汇开始,贯穿整堂课,每个环节都有一个诊断性评价,随时发现学生学习过程中存在的问题,随时解决,一步步为目标的完成打好基础。除了小组评价、课堂检测评价外我还有一个课堂学生表现评价,连续三次在课堂上表现好或小测好的同学可以得到一张免作业单,周一到周五可以免一天的作业,学生根据自己的需求选择个性化的作业,发展自己的特长。
5.运用多种媒体教学,整合多种教学手段
由于要用一节课复习到几个单元的内容

二、本节课存在问题及改进措施
1.在本节课中,活跃的学生能在老师创设的情境下畅言,一些反应较慢和成绩落后的学生发言的机会则较少一点。
2.在如何灵活处理课堂情况方面,以及如何评价反馈学生所掌握的知识方面,我自己还是做得不够好。
针对上述问题,在在今后的教学中,我要在以下方面下工夫:
1.关注全体学生,特别关注“慢热”的孩子和成绩落后的学生。
2.多组织有效的小组合作活动
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com ),注意培养学生学会宽容、倾听、沟通,鼓励学生个体之间的融洽合作和有序竞争,把激励和竞争带进课堂,把小组合作与竞争变成我们初中课堂永恒的兴奋剂。
