这节课经过了在市里中学试讲,最后在农村
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )中学正式讲课。期间我对教学目标不断调整(学生各项目标的达成率)、对教学过程和教学评价不断修改。这次讲课我真正在思考:不论市里中学或农村中学,每个学生都是一个活生生的生命,如何在英语课堂上让大部分学生参与课堂、主动发展?下面是我的几点想法:
跳一跳,摘果子——明确教学目标
在心理学中,有一个著名的摘苹果理论,意思是说,一个渴望成功的人,应该永远努力去采摘那些需要奋力跳起来才能够得着的“苹果”——目标。
课堂教学目标的制定也要遵循
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )这一理论,也就是目标要适中,既不能过高也不能过低。好高骛远不切实际,就失去了目标的价值;太低,又不利于促进课堂教学,只有跳一跳才能够得着的目标才是最合适的。

二、拒绝“高大上”——合理设置评价任务
教学评价是依据教学目标
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )对教学过程及结果进行价值判断并为教学决策服务的活动。教学评价是研究教师的教和学生的学的过程。当明确了目标之后,我们应该设想“我用什么样的活动可以检测学生目标达成的程度”,例如可以通过观察、提问、表演、交流、练习、测试、作品等了解学生已经学习到了什么,离预设的目标还有多远,以便于老师作出新的教学决策。
有一个前苏联的政治笑话:

如果评价任务的设置过难,其实也等于制定了一个“地平线式”的评价任务,学生对此无处下手,最后恐怕也只能说一句“完了,没有希望了”。

三、送你一叶小舟到彼岸——指导学习方法
记得有某位课改专家曾说过:“我无
