words对课文复述或简要讲述所阅读的材料，锻炼了学生语言表述能力。让他们带着问题或思考阅读，保证学生情绪一直高涨，不致兴趣衰减，从而提高阅读的效果。为了发挥他们的想象力和创造力，顺利完成阅读后的输出，设计场景让学生谈谈自己的城镇。同时，在授课过程中采用激励性语言来鼓励学生参与到教学活动中。课堂上设计一些表格，让学生自评和互评。通过评价，使学生在英语课堂的学习过程中不断体会到进步与成功，认识自我、建立自信，促进学生综合运用能力的全面发展。

但是不足之处是，在能力提升环节，给予学生的时间不是很充分，没有能让更多的学生参与到其中，今后在备课时应充分考虑到这一点。
