一、教学目标
在本节课结束时,学生将能够:掌握家务琐事有关的词汇和短语;礼貌地提出请求。
(一)知识与能力
1.学习并掌握一些家务琐事的词汇和短语.
2.学会用could礼貌地提出请求(Could for polite requests)。
(二)过程与方法
采用任务型教学方法进行自主学习、小组合作 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com" \o "欢迎登陆21世纪教育网 )探究、和 Role play的学习策略,利用视频,教学图片,幻灯片等来展开课堂教学、通过Pair work的口语交际形式礼貌提出要求和向别人征询许可;通过小组合作的形式,让学生在真实语境中体会所学,教师检测学生是否能够恰当得体地运用语言。1a-1c从听说技能入手,呈现、学习不同琐事表达法及礼貌、委婉地提出要求的句型表达,为词汇及句型结构的输入阶段;
(三)情感态度与价值观
通过谈论家务琐事及家庭互助,培养学生生活习惯、社会行为习惯的养成,帮助学生建立家庭责任感。
二、教学重难点
(一)教学重点
1.学习与家务琐事相关的词汇短语;
2.学习礼貌地提出请求;
3.训练在听力过程中抓住关键词的技能。
(二)教学难点
1.学会准确使用Could礼貌地提出请求。
2.学会准确回答别人的请求.
三、教学过程
Step 1:Lead-in
首先向学生播放视频,通过观看视频询问视频中的狗狗正在干什么?

Step 2:Presentation

Activity 2:通过游戏“lets’ see who is the first”. 进一步巩固所学短语
Activity 3:笔头进一步巩固所学短语。

Activity:利用图片,向学生提出问 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com" \o "欢迎登陆21世纪教育网 )题Who sweeps the floor at home 学生作答后,将他们的注意力引向1b表格,利用问题At Peter’s home,who will do chores Peter or his mother 引导学生猜测答案。然后播放录音,学生按照课本要求填写表格,教师核对答案。学生用完整的句子陈述谁将去做该事。
Activity 2: 听取细节。再听一遍,完成对话。

提出问题:Which is the ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com" \o "欢迎登陆21世纪教育网 )most polite 让学生思考、判断,引导学生理解:虽然情态动词can和could均可用来提出要求,但是could要较为委婉、客气。Could you please… 是一个礼貌、委婉地提出要求的句式,其后只要添加所要求的内容即可。然后对其肯定和否定回答进行说明。
2.通过Pairwork巩固以上句型,展示对话。
3.从练习对话过渡到写,笔头进一步巩固所学句型,巩固所学知识。
