根据在新课标的任务型英语教学的理念,在学校同组英语老师的帮助下,我们重新调整和改编了本单元的教学内容和结构,我们将课型设计为以说为主的新授课、听说课、阅读课和复习课。语言训练重点是描述动物的外貌特征、生活习性以及人对动物的简单评价。语法是用英语表示名词类别,why
what
where引导的特殊疑问句和一般现在时态的灵活运用。本单元的话题是:Animals
in
a
zoo。以谈论Animals
in
a
zoo为话题来引出why
what
where引导的特殊疑问句巩固一般现在时态。全部对话和短文都围绕着这一话题把各项大小任务贯穿起来,通过这些任务的完成,让本单元的教学达到预设的五维目标。
第一课时新授课由观看一个有趣的video引出动物话题,并以free
talk的形式与学生进行交流,引导学生用英语说出自己在视频中所看到的动物。这一环节有助于吸引学生注意力,任务难度低,学生参与度高,也有助于学生自信心的培养和活跃课堂气氛。以问题:Where

引入新课,再以脑力风暴和思维导图的形式引导学生说出各种各样的动物,很好地延续了学生的兴趣和注意力。学生真的可以说出很多书本之外的动物单词,例如;frog,ant,

以词汇带动句型,化零为整,深入浅出。游戏巩固词汇和句型,是本课时的高潮部分。很好地激发了学生说英语的欲望,打开了学生的视野和思维,任务的设计容易操作,由于所谈论的人物是学生最熟悉的和喜欢的,使学生对英语的学习充满了信心。同时又能够继续熟悉和训练本课时前面部分提到过的句型和词汇。最后展示人和动物和谐相处的图片,升华和激发学生保护野生动物的情感。课堂跌宕起伏,收放自如,寓教于乐,令人回味,为本单元后面的学习奠定了坚实的基础。
第二课时是一堂听说课。上课前通过猜测动物的叫声,让学生猜出动物,这一环节大大激发了学生的兴趣,效果非常好。接着继续阅读文字描述,猜动物,进一步巩固了上节课所学的词汇。然后通过一个Free
Talk巩固句型What

them 并进入听力部分,温故知新。同时进行听前、听中和听后的指导和训练,将对话转化成口头转述,充分训练学生说的能力。通过谈论宠物这一话题激发了学生的学习兴趣和表达欲望。通过介绍中西方的宠物文化,很好地培养了学生的跨国文化意识以及了解如何照顾和关爱宠物。以谈论自己的宠物或打算养哪种宠物为线索展开交际活动。此活动既训练了学生的口语又能够调动学生的积极性和参与热情,培养了学生用英语做事情的能力。
第三课时是阅读课型。首先通过思维导图形式引导学生思考哪些动物属于世界濒危动物,然后再来学习泰国濒危的大象。通过在教学中设计不同的阅读任务:skimming
and
scanning,
detail
reading,不断激发学生的学习兴趣,让不同层次的学生不停参与,乐于参与。通过大量的阅读输入,最后引导学生写作文作为输出的活动。给出思维导图后,描述熊猫的作文对同学来说是轻而易举的了。
第四课时是复习课型。我们所录制的为第四课时复习课,主要通过使用Why

教学建议:
对于优秀的学生,老师只讲授书本的知识还远远不够,因此在全面整合书本内容的同时,要求老师要在课堂上补充及丰富教材;对于基础较差的学生,教师更要特别了解他们对于新知识掌握的情况,多设计一些能有助于他们理解和记忆的教学活动,只有这样,教师才能兼顾到班级的各个层次的学生,使所有的学生都能学有所得。
同时,我们认为死板地跟着教材步骤教学的方式是不可取的,学生所学的知识零散,容易忘记,也不会灵活运用。
采用了小组合作学习的模式,教师容易对于小组中的个别学困生有所忽视而导致出现了个别学生开小差的现象。建议任课教师在设计小组活动任务时,尽量每一个小组成员都有事可做,使所有学生都可以参与到小组活动中来。鲁教版六年级下册

这节课主要是针对初一学生的一节复习课。内容是初一下册Unit
7
Why
do
you
like
pandas
要求学生能正确使用这节课学过的词汇描述各种常见的动物,通过复习学生能正确使用表示性质和品质的形容词表达自己对动物的喜好。让学生能使用why
,
what,
where引导的疑问句进行问、答。因为是复习课,所以对这一单元出现的重点词汇、句型和语法进行系统地巩固复习,让学生在复习中逐步提高语言综合运用能力。
这节课结束后,我对我的教学设计、授课过程和学生的课堂表现进行了深刻的反思。我认为做的较好的有以下几个方面:
1.在整个课堂教学环节中以英语课程标准的总体目标为指导思想:以培养学生的综合运用能力为目标,使英语课既重视培养学生的语言基础知识和基本技能,也注重优化学习过程,引导学生形成有效的学习策略和较强的文化意识,培养积极向上的情感态度和价值观。始终把握好“义务教育阶段的英语课程具有工具性和人文性双重性质。”正是基于以上两点基本要求,所以在这节复习课上,我对这一单元出现的词汇、句型和语法现象不是简单的知识点的罗列和堆砌,而是让学生在活动中、在老师设计的趣味游戏中。让学生掌握表常见动物的词汇:如panda,tiger,elephant,
lion,
giraffe,
cat,
giraffe等,能让学生掌握表示性质和品质的形容词如:cute,
smart,
friendly,
shy
等。关于what,
why,
where引导的特殊疑问句型的用法是在老师创设的真实的语言学习环境中,通过一个个学习任务的完成中,来让学生在使用中达到会说、会用的效果。在这一过程中,老师设计是层层递进的,如:在练习What

3.学生能在老师的引领下,逐步完成预先设定的教学目标。初一学生经过近一年的英语学习。已经有了一定的英语语言基础。他们乐于表达,善于积极思维,课堂表现力极强。在课堂导入环节的听歌记动物的游戏中,所选的旋律优美,节奏欢快,符合学生的认知特点和年龄特点。学生表现很活跃,而且在复习词汇中基本达到了95%的学生能正确读写和听说。在后面的句型复习中,先是复习了练习句型所需的词汇,我在进行词汇复习时不是简单的拼读单词而是通过图片的直观展示形式结合音标让学生熟练掌握语音,这样一来我发现学生在后面的利用句型展开的对话练习中,他们的读音很是到位而且流利,以前在授课中经常发现学生们不敢说英语,很大原因是他们对自己的发音不是很自信。今天在课堂上事先把词汇和音标结合在一起的复习方式使学生扫除了语音障碍,学生的发言和开口讲英语的勇气大大提高。
4.授课方式上体现了“学生为主体,教师为主导”的教学理念。改变了教师控制课堂,让学生被动接受知识的局面,让学生在教师的组织和指导下,学生积极参与配合的过程,以学生为中心,发挥教师的指导地位是这个过程的出发点。因此在这节课我始终遵循这一原则,尽可能多的创设情境,让学生“学了就用,在学中用,在用中学”。比如:在学生进行了大量的听说练习后,我紧接着然学生在小组内进行一个调查活动,这个活动包含了这节课复习内容:What’s

是学生得到了充分的练习和笔头练习,也加强了同学们的小组合作能力。使他们体验小组合作的成功,学会团队合作,同时通过小组间的竞争,让更多学生体验到学习的快乐。
5.在课堂结束环节的小结中,我放手让学生在小组中自己总结我们这节课复习的主要内容,学生能从这节课中抓住复习的主要句型:what,

doing的使用方式。在课堂的结束环节我让学生进行了一个写作的练习,在写作练习前进行了大量的口头和听力的铺垫练习,能充分利用听力材料既进行了听力练习又进行了阅读训练,这样学生在进行笔头写作的时候就能得心应手,减轻了学生的写作畏难情绪,让学生体验英语的实用性。也让学生在“用中学”。从而体验英语学习成功的喜悦。
6.在课堂接近尾声的时候,学生易于疲劳,我适时的设计了一个与“动物”有关的谚语,让学生猜意思的游戏。如:
