1) 模仿和演练,复习巩固旧知识。

通过对比动物各种能力的高低,了解并培养热爱动物的感情。
教学重难点
重点:学会用最高级的句子来对比各种动物的能力。
难点:副词最高级的变化
教学媒体

教学步骤
1. Greeting and warming-up.
Have a free talk with the students
2. Point out the aims of this lesson:
today we will continue to learn the superlative degree.
3.做出跑得很快的动作,引导学生说:Miss … runs fast.
Find another student to run faster, and guide the students to say: …runs faster.
Have another student to run fastest of the three, and guide the students to speak out the sentence: … runs fastest of the three.
(Write these three sentences on the blackboard and compare them.)
4.出示课件投影让学生运用句型。
5.Play a game
(Have some students to come to the front ,the rest of the students guess ,then have these students to do the action, let’s see whose guessing is right)
For example:
Who jumps highest
Who runs fastest
Who dances best
6.(承接上一个步骤)Ask the students:
Does … dance best of the three (引出最高级一般疑问句)
(Write the sentence on the blackboard and practice the sentence pattern)
7.Summary
(总结最高级的两种句式):形容词和表示动作的副词的最高级形式的表达方法。
8.a. Use the KingSun to help the students to learn the new words: bone cheetah kilometer leopard crocodile shark
b. 出示课文课件让学生对课文内容有一个大致的了解。
c. 播放课文对话,让学生认真听,然后回答教师问题。
1.) What is Ben doing
2.) Do horse run fastest of all the animals
3.) What animals run fastest in the world
4.) What does a cheetah look like
d. 播放课文录音,学生跟读,强调模仿课文录音。
e. 学生自由分角色按课文对话。(按学生能力可看书亦可背诵)
9.知识拓展:What animals jump highest
What animals swim fastest
What animals climb highest
10. Finish the exercise in page 50 and check the answers.
11.School sports Day is coming,Let’s make a survey and find out the best
Athletes for our class.
12. Homework:
1) Copy the dialogue and the new words.
2) Make a survey of your family: Who gets up earliest in your family
Who goes to bed latest in your family ect.
