认真备课,备学生,能认真完成教学任务。能照顾到中等生的水平授课,基本能考虑兼顾学生的整体水平。重视基础训练,抓学生的单词记诵,句型的训练。比如采取小组背单词,小组检测单词默写,听写之后讲评单词。对于单词不过关的学生再次进行一帮一的互帮互学活动。重视单元测试,能做到节节测试,节节反馈,及时做到查漏补缺。对于学生掌握的薄弱环节要加强训练。
