The aim of this lesson is to improve the students’reading and writing skills and let them really know how to describe the ways of staying healthy.

Step1 Leading in
1. Ask some questions about pictures.
2. Give them the scientists’ new report
意图
Let the students interest in man’s age. Let them want to know how to keep healthy and how to live long.
Step2 Warm-up
Use a competition to finish a food pyramid

1.Learn the first way to stay healthy-eat healthy food
2.Know how to eat healthily
Step3 Practice
Let the students learn the new phrases and sentences in situations

Input the new checkpoints of this lesson
Step4 Reading Practice
Read the text at least three times and give the students different targets to practice
1 Give the main idea
2 Answer the questions about the text
3 Fill in the form about it and summarize the ways to stay healthy

Practice the reading skills and consolidate them
Step5 A Survey
Make a survey in groups to see who lives the healthiest.
