Step 1 Warming up and Revision
1. Greetings. （师生间进行简单的问候。）
T: Good morning, boys and girls!
Ss: Good morning, Mr Chen!
T: How are you today
S1: I am fine.
用同样的方式问候几个学生。
2. Play a game — “Sharp Eyes”：
教师利用PPT帮助学生复习已学习过的描述人物特征的单词：thin, tall, naughty, clever, shy, nice及家庭成员单词：father, mother, brother and sister。【来源：21·世纪·教育·网】
Step 2 Presentation and Practice
一、Listen and chant.
1. 教师出示该部分图片，提问Q1: What can you see in the picture www.21-cn-jy.com
学生看图回答：I can see ...
2. 教师让学生猜猜小男孩父母的性格：What’s his mother like What’s his father like
学生猜测：She is …/ He is ...
3. 教师播放歌谣动画，让学生看动画确定自己的猜想正确与否。
4. 教师再次播放歌谣，学生跟唱。（根据情况决定播放歌谣的次数。）
5. 学生集体齐唱一次，再分小组进行歌谣比赛。
二、Listen and say.
1. 教师呈现主人公“熊猫”，并说明他将会介绍他的家庭成员和朋友：Who are they Let’s watch. 21教育网
学生根据动画回答问题，教师根据回答呈现人物图片：aunt, uncle, brother, sister, friend。
2. 教师呈现aunt和uncle的图片，提问：What’s she/he like 让学生猜测后播放对应动画。
学生观看动画后回答：She’s very nice. He’s very clever.
3. 教师用同样的方式呈现brother, sister的图片，提问What’s he/she like ，让学生听录音回
答问题。
学生听音后回答问题：He is cool. She’s cute.
教师结合图片和录音教学big, cool, little, cute。学生以开火车，男女生的形式操练新词。
4. 教师呈现熊猫朋友的图片，提问Q1: What’s he like
学生根据图片进行猜测，教师引导学生阅读文本找到问题的答案：
He’s very naughty. （教师个别提问）
5. 解读文本，突破重难点。如This is my big brother. This is my little sister.
6. 听录音，跟读。
7. 全班齐读对话。
8. Group work. 学生以小组形式，分角色操练对话，然后带上头饰分角色表演对话。
教师抽查几组学生，检查学生的掌握情况。
Step 3 Consolidation and Extension
一、Point and say.
1. 教师呈现Point and say部分内容，让学生描述猜测图片中人物的性格特征：
What is he/she like
2. Pair work. 学生两人小组，一人指图片人物，另外一人说出人物的特征。教师示范后学生
开始活动。
He’s/She’s a bit/very __________________.
教师抽查几组学生，检查他们的掌握情况。
二、Do and say
教师课前准备好两套单词卡片，一套是描述人物的性格特征的单词，如：shy, naughty, nice, clever等，另外一套是职业类单词，如：teacher, doctor, driver, cook, nurse等。
1. 教师逐一展示卡片，学生朗读卡片的单词。
2. 教师结合图片和卡片做示范，如呈现关键词doctor, shy，根据关键词后造句：
You are a shy doctor.
3. 教师呈现卡片，学生以小组为单位，根据看到的关键词造句。轮流进行造句游戏，造句快并正确的小组可以得到奖励。21世纪教育网版权所有
三、Make and say. （制作朋友相册）
1. 让学生拿出事先准备的相片和相册，进行制作朋友相册。
2. 教师示范如何制作和介绍朋友：包含姓名、性格等，然后学生开始制作。
3. 教师抽查几组学生，以便检查学生的掌握情况。
四、Listen and say. Then chant.
1. 教师呈现chant的文本，让学生自由朗读一次。
2. 教师播放歌谣，学生跟唱。（根据情况决定播放歌谣的次数。）
3. 学生集体齐唱一次，再分小组进行歌谣比赛。
五、巩固练习
设计不同层次的训练题目，巩固本课时所学知识。

总结今天所学的内容：
