单元分析
一、教学内容分析:
本Module的topic是activities主要任务是学习如何用英语描述所观察到的他人的活动,能询问别人在干什么，能回答别人的询问，并能和别人交流所热衷的活动。主要语法点是学习现在进行时态。
二、教学对象分析:
四年级的学生经过一段时间的英语学习，已有了一定学习基础，但对语法性及概念性的东西理解运用能力还较差。因此，在教学中通过情景的创设、TPR等活动让他们在真实的情境中理解，在交际中学会运用。同时，进行音标的学习及音节的归纳为其以后能自主学习打好基础。
三、教学目标:
1. 语言知识
a. 掌握本单元单词、句型。
b. 了解并掌握现在进行时肯定句、一般疑问句及特殊疑问句式。
2. 语言技能
a. 能用英语描述所观察到的他人的活动，能询问别人在干什么并能回答别人的询问。

b. 能和别人交流所热衷的活动，能发挥想象力，用拟人的手法观察描写the alien 所进行的活动。
c. 能理解、朗读并尝试表演课文对话。

4. 学习策略
培养学生的想象力，对知识的综合分析能力，与人合作的能力及创新精神。
四、单元重、难点:
重点：
a. 单句、句型及课文的理解和掌握。
b. 能用英语说出多种hobbies。
c. 了解并掌握现在进行时。
难点：
a. 现在进行时态的理解、运用。
b. 动词ing的三种构成形式和动词ing形式起名词作用。
五、教学媒体:
电脑、图片、实物、录音。

二、教学目标
1）语言知识
单词：本课“四会”、“三会”单词和短语。
句型：Are you v-ing Yes, I am.
No, I'm not. I'm v-ing.
What are you doing I'm v-ing.。
2）语言技能
A能正确理解和运用现在进行时句型：
Are you v-ing Yes, I am.
No, I'm not. I'm v-ing.
What are you doing I'm v-ing. 于情景交际中。
理解对话，能用正确的语言、语音朗读，接受快的学生能复述对话或就情景描述。
3）情感态度
通过对话内容的学习培养学生广泛的兴趣，鼓励学生多参加有益的课外活动。
4）学习策略
能温故知新，能综合运用上单元所学的知识，触类旁通地学习新知识。
三、教学重、难点
重点：本课词汇；现在进行时句型描述情景；对话理解。
难点：单词still的正确理解；正确运用句型于实际交际中。

图片、电教媒体、卡片。

六、教学过程
（一）Warming up and revision
课件出示一个radio或将radio形状硬卡片贴于录音机，播放一段吉他音乐。
T: Listen to the radio. Is it nice music （Body language）
Ps: Yes.
T: Yes. That’s nice music. Can you tell me what music it is
Learn to say: listen to the radio, guitar
Free talk
T: I often listen to the radio on Saturday. I like listening to music very much. So my hobby is listening to music. What do you often do after school/on Sunday… Do you like doing that 引出hobby and explain to the children that a hobby is something you enjoy doing and something you do often.
板书课题 Hobbies and teach to say
（二）Presentation and practice
1. 老师展示写有动词或动词短语的词卡，e.g.: watching TV, cooking, playing football, singing, playing computer games, playing the guitar…and learn new words: reading, painting, fishing （do actions at the same time）
2. 学生每人一张卡片，被老师请到的学生做与卡片相符的动作。
T: What are you doing Are you v-ing
P1: Yes, I'm v-ing.（Lead to answer completely）
No, I am not. I am v-ing.
老师领说句子并板书句子
3. 全班分组看老师展示图片进行操练。（详细些）
4. 小组用卡片进行问答操练，答对的交换卡片，多准备一些新词语，便于学生巩固。

5. 整体呈现课文，学生回答问题。

（三）Consolidation and development
1. Read after the tape, the whole class read in roles, read in groups, then acts out the dialogue or make out a new dialogue.
2. Read and mark out new words and sentences.
Write down the new words and exchange the method of reading and spelling the new words. Learn and understand word: still. 可将still 放入句子中学习理解,多举几个例子 e.g.课件展示 shop assistant 工作情形,It's nine o'clock in the evening. The shop assistant still works in the shop.…
3. Complete P17 and read.

（五）Homework
1. Listen, read, and recite the words and dialogue.
2. Copy the new words and main sentences.
3. Collect words or phrases of hobbies.（Can do or not）
