一、教学内容：
Dialogue, What the Aliens Enjoy Doing
二、教学目标：
1. 语言知识：
本课“四会”、“三会”词汇。
句型: What are you doing I'm v-ing.
We're v-ing 。
2. 语言技能：
A. 按要求掌握本课“四会”、“三会”词汇。进一步掌握和正确运用句型。
B. 能正确理解对话，模仿录音，正确朗读对话，背诵或表演对话。
C. 能扮演aliens角色，做一些特别动作并进行对话或描述。
3. 情感态度：
通过课文学习，鼓励学生大胆想象，敢于思考，敢于创作。
4. 学习策略：
通过课文学习，培养学生丰富的想象力。
三、教学重、难点：
重点：
1. 词汇。
2. What are you doing 及正确的回答。
难点：
词语musical instrument的正确拼读。
四、教学媒体：
课件或图片 Aliens 头饰，词卡，活动转盘。
五、课时安排：
第一课时
六、教学过程：
（一）Warming-up and Revision
1. Sing a song “What are you doing ”
2. Game: Simon Says. Review verb words and phrases.
（二）Presentation and practice
1. Free talk
T: Boys and girls, do you remember the aliens How old is Dim
T: Does Dim have any children（kids）
T: How many children（kids） Who are they Teach: kid.
T: Do you want to know what the aliens’ hobbies are What do the aliens enjoy doing
2. 通过 Free- talk , 引出并板书本Unit5课题，齐说课题。
3. 展示4幅图片或课件，学生小组讨论What are the aliens doing？小组汇报讨论结果。
汇报过程show the toys of musical instrument and teach the new words。
4. Train’s coming one y one read out: musical instrument.
5. 看图片或课件，听对话，感知对话内容，并能找出相应的pictures。
6. 再次听对话，回答问题。
a. Are the aliens hav-ing fun
理解学习have fun show the word picture or ask some children to play games.
T: Look, they are happy and excited. They are hav-ing fun.
b. What are they all doing out there
走出课室，帮助学生理解in and out there。
（三）Consolidation and development .
1. 跟读——同位读并划出新词和新句子。
2. 学生讲出新词、新句子、老师板书、再次教学。
3. 全班看提示词背诵对话。
4. 学生小组扮演aliens ,并做一些奇特动作，进行问答操练 What are you doing I’m / We’re v-ing.。
5. 带头饰上台表演。
6. 快乐大转盘：呈现快速旋转的转盘，内盘上写有动词或动词短语。抽取一名或两名学生转动转盘，其他学生反复大声询问：What are you doing 转盘停止，学生根据指针所指回答I’m /We’re v-ing.。
7. 加深对课文理解，完成P22。
（四）、Summing up
1. 词汇，对话正确理解。
2. 句型：What are you doing I’m /We’re v-ing.。
（五）、Homework
1. Listen, read and recite the dialogue.
2. Copy the new words and sentences.
3. 准备Hobbies 展示。
