1教学目标
能够记住并运用下列词汇和短语:

2.通过阅读掌握以下阅读策略,提高阅读能力:
(1)运用skimming(略读)整体感知课文,找出文章的主旨大意,把握文章的总体结构;
(2)运用scanning(寻读)寻找细节完成短文填空。
3.复述课文,谈论书的历史。
4.通过小组活动讨论印刷机和网络哪项发明更重要,并说明理由。
5.书是我们最好的朋友,乐于读书,坚持读书,让阅读成为一种习惯。
2学情分析

通过一年多的学习,大部分学生已经能够流畅地朗读课文,能根据上下文猜测生词的意思。我们还需进一步培养学生根据上下文和构词法推断和理解生词的含义;理解段落中各句子之间的逻辑关系;找出文章的主题句理解故事情节;根据不同的阅读目的运用简单的阅读策略获取信息的能力。

are quickly changing people’s reading habits.It is easier for people to buy and sell books online.Information travels faster and farther.

it was possible to print books quickly.
It was also possible for common people to read books.
(c)The history of books is very interesting.
In ancient times,
there were no books,
and people passed on their knowledge by telling
stories.
Later,
people learned how to write and make paper.
With paper,
people began to write down their stories.
They wrote each word by hand.
It took a long time to write just one book!

people have many ways to read books.No matter what you have,a computer,a tablet, a laptop,an e-reader or a real

One possible version: I think the printing press is more important.The printing press could make many books quickly.Because there were more books,more people could read books.Information began to travel faster and farther.Books also “kept”information for you.If you forgot something,you could look it up.The Internet is useful.But not all people have a computer.Not all people can use a computer.And to use a computer for a long time is bad for our eyes.
The other possible version: I think the Internet is more important. The Internet helps us find lots of information in just a few minutes.The printing press is useful.But it needs a lot of paper.We have to cut down trees for paper.That’s bad for our environment.Books can not be kept for a long time.
