attention也可单独使用,用于广播通知,引起人们注意。2. We should pick up the garbage!
我们应该捡起这些垃圾! ?pick up 动词短语,意为“拾起,捡起”,如果宾语是代词,应放于中间。例如: ?He picked up a piece of paper and put it into the dustbin.
他捡起一张纸把它放在垃圾箱里。 和pick up 结构相同的短语很多。例如:put on(穿上),take off(脱掉),turn off(关上),turn on(打开),
put away(收拾好),look up(查阅),try on (试穿)等,代词作宾语时放中间,名词作宾语放中间放后面均可。3. Each student could clean up a bit of the schoolyard. 每个学生能清理一块儿校园。 ?each 形容词,两者或两者以上的每一个,后加单数名词。

在大街两侧你可以看见花。 ?a bit of “一点儿,一些”,修饰不可数名词时,相当于a little。但a little 后不加of。例如: I know a bit of (a little) English. 我懂一点英语。 另外,a bit 修饰形容词或副词,相当于a little。例如: It’s a bit cold today. 今天有点冷。4. Jenny explains the plan to the class.

explain的用法。explain作动词, 意为“解释”; 常用搭配: explain sth. to sb. 意为“向某人解释某事”, 这个结构还可以表达为explain to sb. sth. , 但是不能表达为explain sb. Sth. 。因为explain不是双宾语动词, 其后不能直接跟双宾语, 只有双宾语动词才能进行间接宾语和直接宾语的同义句转换。例如:
Please explian to me the meaning of the word. = Please explian the meaning of the word to me.
