Show Ss the pictures and ask.

Write down the word and teach.
Teach the other words in the same way.
Let the Ss spell the words.
Look at the pictures and answer.
He’s a student.

He’s a teacher.
Ss: learn the new word.
Learn these words in the same way.
Spell the new words.
Four words of people are not new to Ss. So Ss are found easy to learn and master. The other four are really new to them. Especially, doctor. They have some trouble.
Practice
Practice the sentence patterns and words.
Show the picture of Ask and answer and guide the Ss to practice in pairs.
Guide Ss to compile a dialogue.
Game: Guess what the picture is.
Play the record.
Practice in pairs.
Compile a dialogue.
Play the game.
Finish the exercise 1, 2 on the exercise book.
Consolidation
The students can write the words from their memory.
Show the exercise.
