教学准备
1、教具准备
1）录音机，磁带
2）课前做好网上e-mail，或显示e-mail图
2、板书准备：写好课题和日期。
教学过程
Step 1 Free talk/ Revision
T: Hello, where do you live
Which school are you in？
Which school are you in
What are your hobbies
How many people are there in your family Who are they
Is there a garden near your house
What’s your telephone number
Do you have an e-mail What is it
S:…
Can you say something about yourself (Introduce yourself.)
Step 2 Think and write
1.T: Peter gets Liu Tao’s letter a few days later. He’s now writing an e-mail to Liu Tao. Now let’s read the information of Peter.
S: Read and answer:
1) Where does Peter live
2) Which school is Peter in
3) What subjects does Peter study
4) What are his hobbies
5) How many people are there in Peter’s family Who are they
6) What’s near Peter’s house
7) What’s Peter’s e-mail
8) What’s Peter’s telephone number
9) What’s Peter’s fax number
2.用方框内所给信息向自己好友介绍Peter。
3. 帮助Peter完成E-mail正文
4. e-mail格式：
From: 发件人e-mail(名字@ 邮箱所在网址)
To: 收件人e-mail(名字@ 邮箱所在网址)
Subject: 主题（所发邮件的主题，如：问候信）
Date: 日期（有的e-mail上自动显示）
征文格式与英文信件格式类似。

1. Listen and repeat the words.
2. Help the students find the same pronunciation

4. Have a competition: Who can read better.(两人一组，老师发口令，给20秒时间，比一比谁读得最好最快，数次数。)
Step 4.Say a rhyme.
1. Read the rhyme and answer:
Q1: What does the boy want to do (write a letter)
Q2: Who does he want to write to (Taylor)
Q3: What does he want to tell his new friend
(English is better: can read much better、Can speak much louder.)
2. Listen and read .
3. Recite the rhyme.
