一 形容词和副词的形式
形容词和副词有三种形式：原级、比较级、最高级。原形，如long；比较级就是在原形之后加上er，如longer；最高级就是在原形之后加上est，如longest。在多音节词和部分双音节词前加more和most 构成比较级和最高级。【来源：21cnj*y.co*m】
二．形容词和副词比较级最高级的用法
1．比较级常常用than来连接被比较的两个人或事物。
Li Lei is taller than Wang Jun.

2．形容词和副词的最高级用法：当三者或三者以上的人或事物进行比较时，形容词和副词要用最高级，也就是—est 形式或most…，最高级之后常常用of ,in 或定语从句来限定比较的范围。21教育网
