教具准备：录音机、卡片等。
教学程序：
开始上课和复习
复习
●唱歌曲“In the Bathroom”，复习表达“刷洗”及表示身体部位的词汇。

介绍
●学生对单词teeth, face, brush, comb并不陌生，他们在前几册书中已经见到并且使用过这些单词。教师用自己的牙齿和脸来演示teeth, face，用一把牙刷来演示brush your teeth的动作，用一把梳子来演示comb的动作。
●在黑板上方横排画三只表来演示before, after。三只表指向不同的时间，例如：9:55,10:00,10:05。然后，教师站在相应的钟表下面表演并说出如下句子：
At 10:00, I want to go to bed.
Before I go to bed, I brush my teeth.
After I go to bed, I go to sleep.
利用《教科书》与录音带
练习
●做游戏“Before and After”。（参见“游戏”章节）
利用《活动手册》
●第2题是一个听力练习。录音内容为：
Listen. Answer the questions.
a. What do you do before breakfast
b. What do you do after breakfast
c. What do you do after school
d. What do you do before supper
