教学目标：
语言知识：掌握单词：bone,muscle,skin
短语及句型:For…，you need to…
语言技能：通过教师展示图片，图像，以及在手势语的帮助下学生能够听懂、会说简单的话语。能根据拼读规律，读出简单的单词，能根据要求，写出简单的描述。
情感态度：通过比赛、游戏等多个环节，使学生从中体验到学习的快乐，从而激发了学习的兴趣。帮助他们树立学习英语的自信心，养成良好的学习、生活习惯。
学习策略：通过开展任务型教学活动，引导学生学会用英语表达事情，完成交际任务。
教学重点：掌握单词：bone,muscle,skin
教学难点：熟练运用以下句型：For…，you need to…
教学准备：实物骨头、单词卡片、调查表、课件
教学步骤：
Step1 Class Opening and Review
Greeting
1. Free talk:What do you eat for breakfast Do you like to eat…？
Show some food by flashcard. Let the students discuss which food is bad for us .Ask them “which food do you usually eat ”
2.Revise: What’s your favourite fruit ( part 3 )
Show some pictrures and read .
Ask and answer.连锁问答
T:This good food is good for your healthy.
设计思路：利用自由谈话激起学生对旧知的回忆，引导至主题healthy。既活跃了气氛，又温故知新，为下一步教学作好铺垫。
Step 2 .New Concepts
T:Do you want to be healthy
Ss: Yes.
T:A healthy body has healthy bones,muscles and skin.Today we are going to learn Lesson11:This is good for you!We will to learn how to be healthy.
1) Look at this picture.What is it
Ss: It’s a bone.
Read it many times.Pass the bone and say one by one.
Spell the “bone”: “b-one”(六一节我啃了一个大骨头。)
T:What are these
Ss: bones.
T:Do you know how many bones are in your body
Ss: …
T:　Two hundred and six bones in your body.
T:A healthy body has strong bones.
2) T(Show a man’s picture):Please look at this picture.Is he strong (Yes.)What is it
T:It is a muscle.
Do action and say the word by two lines.
Spell the word : mu-sc-l-e.
T:What are these
Ss: They are muscles.
T:A healthy body has strong bones and muscles.
3) T(Show a picture of skin.):Please look at this picture. What is it
First read these words(ski,skate,in)What is skin （Show your skin.）This is skin.
Ss:Skin.
T:Healthy skin is clean skin or dirty skin
Ss:Clean skin.
设计思路：利用图片与实物辅助教学，形象生动，学生易于理解，突出本节重点：bone,muscle和skin。另外单词ski与字母n的组合成skin引导学生体会字母发音规律，帮助学习新授单词。

1) T:For strong bones,what do we need to do
Show the good food by computer.
T:For strong bones,we need to eat good foods.
2) T:Do you want to have strong bones
Ss: Yes.
T:For strong bones,what do we need to do Look at these pictures(Show two pictures and compare them.)Look at the first picture.Is he strong (No.)Why (Because he doesn’t like to eat foods.)Look at the other picture. Is he strong (Yes.) Why Because he likes toeat foods.
设计思路：利用比较图片的方法，突出eat foods短语，使学生记忆深刻，并且得出For strong bones,we need to eat good foods　and exercise.
3) (The Ss watch a short film about how muscles get stronger.)
T:For strong muscles,we need exercise.
T: what’s the exercise Let’s do it.
Ss:They are exercise.(Do actions:running,walking,swimming,playing ping-pong,playing baskerball…)
设计思路：通过观看锻炼肌肉过程的短片，引出本课难点之一exercise,再通过说说、做做的形式，帮助学生更好地理解exercise的含义，并且提高了学习兴趣。
4) T:Healthy skin is clean skin.For clean skin,what do you need to do (Do actions:washing hands,taking showers…)
Ss:We need to wash our hands and take showers or baths.
3.Chant:Bone,bone,bone,a body has a bone.For strong bones,We eat foods.
Muscle,muscle, muscles,a body has muscles.For strong muscles,we exercise.
Skin,skin, skin,healthy skin.Healthy skin is clean skin.
设计思路：歌谣既活跃了课堂气氛，也帮助学生记忆本节课重点，便于学生理解、掌握所学内容。
４．Practice
1）拼读接龙。男女生互提。
设计思路：巩固单词拼写bone,muscle,skin等
2）Give some paper to Ss.Fill in the blanks.
设计思路：写一写是一项任务型活动，用刚学过的语言知识写写填填，使学生达到书写的掌握要求。
Step 3 Good to Know
Everyone knows that for strong bones,we need to eat good foods and do some exercise.What do you eat everyday Look at this chart.The bottom part stands for rice and wheat.It accounts for 40-50%（forty to fifty percent）.Which things account for 25% Which things account for 15% Don’t forget to eat the vegetables and fruit everyday.This is good for you.
设计思路：Look at this food chart是本课的扩充环节，通过本环节的讲解，让学生养成良好的学习和生活饮食习惯。
