教学反思
一、反思教学目标的达成。教学目标是期望学生在完成学习任务后达到的程度,是预期的教学成果,是组织、设计、实施和评价教学的基本出发点。设计以前必须能回答的问题是“经过教学之后学习者将能做哪些他们以前不会做的事?”’或者?“教学之后学习者将会有何变化?” 也就是他们需要懂得“What do we learn?”和 “How to express our thought?”本节课的目标正是基于这两点来设计,让学生理解一般过去时态的被动语态,并运用被动语态谈论身边的发明。
二、反思教学过程的评价。教学过程是为达到特定的教学目标,针对学生特点和教学媒体条件等,教师采取的教学策略和教学步骤。在进行教学任务设计时,对学生的兴趣、知识基础、认识特点和智力水平等背景材料进行综合分析,作为安排学生学习活动和选择教学策略的依据。遵循由浅入深、循序渐进的原则,让不同层次的学生都有能力完成任务,让每一个学生都有成就感。在教学过程中采用不同的活动方式如:guessing game, pair work, group work, ,design your invention等,让学生在不断的激励与活动刺激中学有所获,并充分利用多种媒体----黑板、图片、幻灯、投影、录音、等教学媒体。 21世纪教育网版权所有
三、反思需要改进的问题:
1. 小组合作学习的效果。本节课两处环节安排了同伴合作、小组合作的活动,但并没有完全体现小组合作的信度与效度。
2.设计与生成的平衡。本节课在设计时是环环相扣的。教师怎么问,学生如何答;怎样总结,如何过渡考虑得甚是周到。这样的设计,环环相扣、步步为营,形成一种“线性序列”,老师总希望按照预设的教学进程进行教学。最终导致的结果是教师牵制学生的思想,控制学生的意志。课堂的生成没有给我们带来意想不到的收获。21教育网
3、课堂评价不够到位。评价与课堂教学的整合会使学生在课堂中从始至终保持高昂的学习热情。但是我对学生的评价比较单一,不够全面、不够合理也不够充分。21cnjy.com
