To demand Ss to hear and speak and read these words correctly : madam,son,ship,panda,plane, boat, toy car, toy bus, doll, teddy bear, toy train
To demand Ss to hear and speak the sentences correctly :
How much is the … It’s …yuan .
Ability aim：Can talk about the shopping and the price.
Emotion aim：Improve the Ss’ abilities of communication and cooperation.
Main points:
Talk about the shopping and the price.
Difficult points:
Foster the Ss’ asking and answering abilities.
Teaching materials : tape recorder ; some cards
Teaching steps :
Step 1 Warm-up/ Review
Sing a song:" The number song "
Count : one frog , two frogs , three frogs
one book , two books three books
one pen , two pens , three pens
one pencil , two pencils
elicit: one plane , two planes
one ball , two balls
Step 2 Learn to say
Let’s review toys. T: (Show cards to read)
Ss: plane, boat, toy car, toy bus, doll, teddy bear, toy train
Show a toy to the Ss and ask : How much is the robot
Ask the Ss to guess the price (e.g. thirty-five )
The teacher gives the “Yes ”or “No” to help the Ss
Step 2 Match in Group
Ask the Ss to buy the toy and guess the price in the same time
They are the winners who buy the most toys
Do several times
Step 3 Match in Group
Play hopscotch .
1.Guess numbers
The cards face to the students . then turn around . Let the students to guess numbers .
2.Chain pass
a. Open the books . Let the students to look at the teacher .
b. Play the tape . At the same time. the teacher pointing to the corresponding picture each time
c. Ask the students to point to the right picture books.
d. One by one pass the ball and say : one . two . three . four . five . six . seven . eight . nine . ten .
Step 4 Homework
Listen to the tape & repeat for some times .
Finish off the activity book of Lesson 9.
