1． 能够根据听到的内容将人物与爱好正确连线。
2． 能够在所设定的场景中就各自的爱好较熟练地进行交流。
3． 能够读懂短文并正确填写表格。
4． 能够根据实际情况（家人的爱好）完成仿写练习。
5． 能够通过调查及汇报活动，逐步培养良好的语言表达能力。
教学重点和难点：
1． 本课的教学重点是：综合运用本单元所学词汇和交际用语，与他人就爱好话题进行简单交流。
2． 本课的教学难点是：本单元说的活动。
课前准备：
磁带，卡片，挂图。
教学过程：
Step 1. Greeting Good morning boys and girls.
Step 2: Review
1.read and guess the words
2.ask and answer: what’s your hobby What do you think of it (教师边问边记录,为学生完成B部分做准备)
Step 3: Do a survey and report to fill in form
1. read in pairs
2. survey in group
3. report in class
4. Everybody has different hobby. What is ZhangQian/Simon/ Angela/QiQiang’s hobby Do you know OK, let’s listen the Part A for three times.
5. correct the answer: Angela’s hobby is dancing. She thinks it’s exciting.
Step 4:Read and write
1. read by themselves and find the key words
2. circle the unknown words: look up in the dictionary, ask your friends
3. listen to tape and follow
4. read and fill in the chart
5. report in pairs or in group
6. Let’s write read in class

1. read Part C and Part D

2． 能够跟着录音初步朗读短文。
3． 能够通过搜集材料，说出自己喜欢的名人的爱好。
4． 能够通过搜集资料，逐步培养学生从不同的渠道获取信息的能力。
5． 能够了解字母组合th在单词的不同发音，并能根据发音规律正确读出相关的单词和额语句，同时辅助记忆单词。
6． 能够通过阅读短文，对吉尼斯记录有一定的了解。
教学重点和难点：
1． 本课的教学重点是：（1）有关吉尼斯世界记录的三篇小短文。（2）收集资料，介绍自己喜欢的名人的爱好。
2． 本课的教学难点是：字母组合th的两种不同发音。
教学准备：
磁带，卡片，挂图。
教学过程：

1. review the words and dialogues of Lesson 79 and 80
2. play a guessing game
1. Step 3: Let’ read
2. show the pictures 引导学生观察挂图上的人物及其行为,并与学生进行问答,初步感知本课的生词.
3. read the text with friends(鼓励学生查字典解决问题)
4. 然后把不会的词写在一张纸条上,由教师写在黑板上一起学习.
5. listen to the tape and repeat, choose one to read in class
6. ask and answer by Part

1. 请学生回答:Lily向大家介绍的是谁 What is his hobby OK, let’s look at Part B.
