2． 能够正确朗读课文，语音、语调正确、自然。
3． 能养成良好的阅读理解能力和逻辑思维能力。
教学重点和难点：
重点：配图故事的阅读理解。
难点：初步复述、表演故事。
课前准备：录音带、教学挂图、学生准备词典或电子词典、学生准备词汇积累本。
教学过程：
Step1 Warming up
1. Daily English
2.Talk about the hobby.
3.Have a dictation of unit 13-15 and review unit13- 15
Step2 Fun time
1.Stick the topic pictures on the Bb and let the Ss feel the story.
2.Devide some groups to try to read the story and circle new words.
3.Talk sth about the pictures and learn new words.
4.Play the tape for the Ss to listen the story on the whole.
5.Listen again and follow aloud.
6.Explain the main points to help the Ss to understand the meanings.
7.read the story in role.
8.retell the story or act it.

2． 能够打电话邀请朋友和自己一起参加活动。
3． 能够阅读文章。收集信息，并完成相关练习。
4． 能够用英语写一封简单的信，书写格式和标点符号要正确。
教学重点和难点：
重点：通过听、说、读、写等方式检测学生语言掌握情况。
难点：学生用英语独立写一封信。
课前准备:录音带、玩具电话、学生用的小卡片、盒子。
教学过程：
Step1 Warming up
1. Daily English
2.Talk about the hobby, traveling plans.
3.Have a dictation of unit 13 -15
Step 2 Listen and number
1. Look at the pictures to read the words of unit 13-15 or play a game to
review the words.
2.Choose the words and make up a sentence.
3. Listen and repeat, then listen again and number.
4. Check and assess in pairs.
Step 3. Let’s talk
1. Read the dialogues in pairs. Then let them read freely.
2. Make a group to practice making a phone call by the truth.
3. Choose some groups to act in class.

2. Books open. The teacher says: There is a boy .His name is Tom .He wrote a letter to his friends. Do you know what he wrote Let’s read the letter.
3. The Ss read the letter and choose “T “or “F” by the letter.
