课后反思
新课程标准特别强调使学生在学习过程中发展
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )综合语言运用能力，提高人文素养，增强实践能力，培养创新精神；作为一名英语教师要勇于面对新的挑战，勇于创新，充分发挥学生的主体作用，努力提高自身的专业素质和课堂教学水平，实现高效课堂。下面是我对这节课的反思。
首先成功之处：
（1）用“爱心与激情”带动学生。
我认为“爱心与激情”是小学英语小学英语
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )老师充分调动学生积极性的有效保障之一，师生关系融洽，课堂氛围活跃，教学效果也会随之改善。在这节课上，我以高昂的激情，和蔼的态度引导学生，激发了他们求知的欲望。
（2）以学生活动为主体。
新课程指出从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )知水平出发，倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式，倡导教师避免单纯传授语言知识的教学方法。为了体现学生是课堂教学的主体，在教学中我让学生通过游戏、演唱等活动，真正发挥其主体作用，采用了“任务型”教学途径，让孩子通过实践、参与、合作与交流完成任务，在此过程中发展孩子的综合语言运用能力。
（3）注重实践能力和创新精神的培养。
我引导孩子利用老师发给自己的房间奖励，设计新学校这一环节既锻炼了孩子的动手实践能力，又培养了孩子的创新精神。
（4）注重情感教育。
一方面让孩子感受学校的漂亮与温馨，激发学生对学校的热爱，另一方面对孩子进行理想教育，并注重良好习惯的培养。
（5）板书直观形象。为了使
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )学生更好地理解本课时的功能室，我把抽象的内容具体化、直观化，用卡纸写出了单词，并贴上了图片，将学校地图呈现于黑板上，非常醒目，有能吸引生的眼球。
回顾本节课也有很多不足之处：
