Bird.让学生分组表演，开展歌咏比赛。

总结上一课的拓展作业。学生展示有关春天的主题画作，用英语向同学们作介绍。
3．游戏：选两组学生进行游戏，一组学生根据教师展示的图片做fly
kites，farm
the
land
,
flowers，warmer
and
warmer等动作，让另一组学生猜。说出词组或句子都可以。

1）教师通过几个问题简要复习上节课的学习内容：

2）教师在黑板上一简笔画呈现池塘、荷叶的形象，营造出夏天的氛围，问：Is

再播放蛙鸣或蝉鸣的音频，帮助学生整体感知。通过课件呈现一支温度计，根据东港的实际情况，标出夏季的一般温度，问：What’s
the
weather
like
in
summer
It’s
very
hot.
3）课件呈现另外两支温度计，以不同颜色标注温度，数字按照高、更高、最高的顺序排列，分别指着温度计学习hot,
hotter,
hottest.
4）提出问题，然播放课文视频，整体感知课文内容，让学生从课文中区寻求以下问题的答案。

阅读后，教师带领学生共同讨论答案。教师边总结，边提取一系列关键词板书，帮助学生理解记忆。

Practice
1）播放课文视频，关掉声音，请学生在熟读课文的基础上，为视频配音。
2）教师播放音频或教师自己朗读，让学生仔细听。在适当的地方停下，让学生根据记忆和理解说出后面的内容。接着放音频或教师读出空掉的部分加以验证。

排序游戏：把本课的句子分别写在不同的卡片上，打乱顺序挂在黑板上，让学生将打乱顺序的对话重新排列。排序后，请学生以此为根据复述课文。
