Lesson 2
【教学目标】
1. 学会并运用“What’s this ”向他人提问。
2. 听懂、会说、认读单词monkey, tiger, panda.
3. 能够熟练听、说单词并作出正确的反应。
4. 会唱歌曲Lovely Animals.
【教学重点】
能正确运用“What’s this ”向别人进行提问。
【教学难点】
1. tiger、what’s、this 的发音.
2.在讲授monkey时,要向学生渗透Monkey King;在讲授panda时要与bear进行对比,同时向学生渗透Teddy Bear.
【教学用具】
录音机、有关课文的图片、联想卡片、动物玩具等。
【教学步骤】
Step 1: Greetings and revision.
T: Good morning boys and girls.
S: Good morning, teacher.
T: How are you
S: Fine, thank you. How are you
T: I’m OK. Thank you. Let’ go to school.
S: All right.
T: Cat, cat是小猫,小猫cat喵喵喵。
Dog ,dog是小狗,小狗dog汪汪汪。
Rabbit, rabbit是小兔,小兔rabbit蹦又跳。
Step 2: Presentation.
上节课我们认识了cat, dog, rabbit三位好朋友,今天老师又给大家带来三位新的动物朋友,大家想不想认识他们啊?
Step3: Teaching process.
A: words.
a. monkey:
1. Listen: He’s very thin, and he’s very clever. He can climb the trees quickly. Can you guess who it is
2. Yes, it’s a monkey. (示图)
3. Say after me: a monkey. ( 三~四组)
4. Let’s read and write: m-o-n-k-e-y. monkey, monkey.(注意读音标). a monkey, a monkey. Monkey, monkey 小猴子,爬到树上摘桃子。
5. Look at this picture: Monkey King. Do you like him Can you say something about him Let’s imitate.
b. tiger:
1. Look at this card: 王 Which animal do you think of
2. Yes, it is a tiger. (示图) It’s the king of the animals.
3. Say after me: a tiger. (三~四组)
4. Let’s read and write: t-i-g-e-r. tiger, tiger. (注意读音标).
5. A tiger, a tiger. Tiger, tiger 是老虎,兽中之王真威武。
c. panda.
1. Please look at me, I will draw a picture for you: It has a round face, two round ears. And it is very fat. It is black and white. It likes bamboo. Who is it (简笔画)
2. Yes, it is a panda. (示图)
3. Say after me: a panda.(三~四组)
4. Let’s read and write: p-a-n-d-a. panda, panda. (注意读音标).
5. A panda, a panda. Panda, panda大熊猫,熊猫panda是国宝。
d. Let’s practice: What’s this A monkey / a tiger / a panda.
B: Games.
1. I’m too old now, I have a bad memory. I can remember only two of the three friends, now, please tell me which one I missed, ok
2. Now, listen to the sounds carefully and try to guess what animal it is (听磁带录音)
3. I have some pictures here, look and tell me which animal do you think of (出示各种图片)
C: Dialogue.
1. Hi, ***. What’s this (手拿头饰):
A dog.
Yes.
2. Look at the blackboard: What’s this (板书)这是什么?
3. Read after me: What’s this (小组练习)
4. What’s this A dog. Yes.
5. Let’s listen to the tape and imitate carefully. (听录音)
6. Let’s play a game.(找宝)Here I have a bag, I will put…..
7. Let’s practice: Hi, ***. What’s this
A ….
Yes.(一传十,十传百)
Step4: Consolidation.
1. Take out your papers and let’s finish the exercises.
Part 1: Listen and number.
Part 2: Look, match and say.
Step 5: Summary.
Step 6: Homework.
Introduce our new friends to your father and mother.
