weekend 要求学生学习用一般将来是询问别人的周末计划，同时能够向别人介绍自己周末打算做的事情。在read
a
story通过小猴子修房子的故事，进一步巩固重点句型，并在故事中让学生懂得今日事，今日毕的道理。
本单元是在四单元的基础上，就将来的内容进行的延伸，不仅仅是室内活动上，在各种运动中，学生都对将来时进行了更深入的学习。关于重点句型四单元学习为本单元学习进行了浅层的铺垫。
教师可结合实际情况询问学生周末的安排，在真实的语境中引导学生运用核心句型。在教学中，新单词的教学都在一定的语言情境中呈现，并结合学生已经学过的语言结构、对话活动进行大面积操练，巩固新语言，通过老师示范、尖子生示范，让学生学会,并在交际活动中活化新语言，完成学习任务。
学情分析：
五年级学生虽然处于高年级学段，但仍然活泼好动，喜欢直观形象思维和抽象思维相结合，对游戏、竞赛还有兴趣。大部分学生对英语还有着浓厚的学习兴趣，但也有少数学生由于遇到困难，学习兴趣会随之减弱。尤其从这学期开始，对学生又提出了新的要求，培养听、说、读、写的技能。本班学生学困生比较多，所以应以学生的发展为宗旨，始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位，引导学生端正学习态度，掌握良好学习方法，培养学生良好的学习习惯。
