六年级学生有一定的英语学习基础和词汇积累,他们参与意识强,善于模仿,对英语学习永远充满期待和热情,喜欢参与到课堂的活动中。本单元的任务是能综合运用所学语言描述人在不同成长阶段的情况。因此教师可根据六年级的学生个性特点,引导他们学习、探究,更好地激发他们的学习兴趣,使他们的语言运用能力得到有效提升。
3重点难点
1、掌握词汇:month,
cute,
pretty,
handsome,
catch,
grow
up.
2、掌握核心句型和日常用语:Her
hair

and

eyes

big.
3、能根据字母e,i,y及字母组合e-e,ee,ea的发音规律,拼读简单的单词。
在句型His/Her…was/were…中根据名词的单复数形式正确使用was或were。
