4. 语法:should和shouldn’t的肯定句,否定句和疑问句。

教学步骤:
第一课时:
Step1:Lead in (show a picture)
1. Ask Ss to say something about the picture.
2. T helps the students review the topic about seeing doctor.
Step2: Learn 1.1 and do exercise.
1. Ask Ss to look at the pictures and get information from the pictures.
2. Match the words in the box with the pictures.
3. Check the answer.
Step3: Circle True or False.
1. Jerry feels dizzy and tired.
2. He has a fever.
3. He often goes to bed late.
4. He doesn’t usually have breakfast in the morning.
5. He usually has lunch at school.
6. He doesn’t like vegetables.
7. He should get enough sleep.
8. It’s good for him to eat less fast food.
Step4: T: When people don’t feel well, what will they do
1. Look at 1.3 and Listen to the tape, then answer the questions.

2. Read the text and answer the questions with your partner.

3. Let Ss answer the questions.
4. T shows the answers and Ss check the answers.
5. T gives some information and Ss speak out the sentences. Then T writes the key sentences on the blackboard.
6. Read the key sentences, pay attention to should and shouldn’t.

4. Read the sentences in 1.4.
Step6: Look at the pictures in 1.1. Now, you are a doctor, can you give some advice to your patient (Use should and shouldn’t to do exercise.)

Step7: Look at 1.5, make a dialog with your partner.
