What / How about+名词/代词/动词-ing形式表示征求意见式的建议。如:

4.Why don’t you do sth.
= Why not do sth. 为什么不做...呢?
Why not后跟不带to的动词不定式,表示向对方提出一种建议或询问某种原因。Why not...?常理解为一个省略句,其完整句式是:Why don't you (we)...
如: (你)为什么不早点儿来呢?
Why not come a little earlier =Why don’t you come a little earlier 为什么不去问一下我们的老师呢?

5.You'd better do sth.你最好做...
you'd是you had缩写,后接动词原形,表示建议某人最好是做某事,常用于当面向某人提出建议。如:
