鲁教版三年级下册Unit 3 Lesson 4 Again, please!是我所执教的一堂课程资源课，一节课下来，过程很顺利，师生配合比较默契，以下是我对这一节课的反思。
首先，由于是复习课，所以上课的流程比较紧凑，环节之间切换比较快速，不拖拉。时间安排得当，操练的方式以小组合作为主，游戏设计符合中低年级孩子的特点，学生们都比较积极踊跃的参与。21cnjy.com
其次，在教学组织上，教师和学生的默契度比较高，并且在教学的过程中，我适时地给孩子评价，激发他们的兴趣。因为得到了老师的赞赏，学生们的兴趣能够被激发起来，都能积极参与课堂教学。而这个班级的孩子上课的常规很好，课堂纪律基本不用维持，能够很好的上好这一节英语课。21·cn·jy·com
再次，在教学过程中，用和课文人物一起逛动物园的形式引入本节课的文本，能够激发孩子的记忆力，刺激孩子回忆前三课的内容。而把教授的句型编成的歌谣的形式，进行编排，孩子们能够很容易地接受并且迅速记住知识点。而且在练习歌谣的过程中，把握住了本文的难点——数字的认读。www.21-cn-jy.com
然后，在数字的归纳总结上，引领孩子找到了“十几”的规律特征是“teen”,又从十几引申到了“几十”——“ty”的读法和总结。适当的拓宽了孩子的视野。
然后，在教学的过程中，引入了绘本的教学，极大的激发了孩子们的兴趣。绘本故事是根据西方绘本《Dear Zoo》改编的，很符合本文的教学，贴近孩子们的生活。学生在读绘本的过程中，非常感兴趣，极大的激发了他们的兴趣。绘本的引入在本课中是比较成功的亮点。
最后，这节课同时也反映出了我在教学过程中存在的问题。
在小组合作的过程中，没有引入竞争机制。在平时教学过程中，应该引入奖励机制，极大的激发学生的参与积极度，尤其是引导后进生的参与。
剪纸的过程中，可以让孩子准备好材料，和我一起动手做一下，效果会更好一些。
在练习语言知识的过程中，可以采用不同的形式，不用非要固定的小组合作。可以在小组之间，男女生之间，同桌之间，让学生都参与进来。
引入评价机制，可以结合本课的内容。例如，本课的主题是动物，可以每个组有一个动物的名字，然后评价方式就是得星星，最后进行总体评价的时候，可以以数星星的多少来决定优胜。这样的话，又给孩子创设了符合本文教学的情景，并在情景中运用了本课的语言知识点。21教育网
