自从文登教研中心推广“目标导学课堂教学研
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)究”以来,我们学校的校本教研活动就紧紧围绕着“目标—评价—教学”一致性研究展开,对目标的确定、达成目标的措施手段、目标的达成情况等进行探索与实践,并且取得一定的成效。要想确定出合理、可操作性强、可检测的教学目标,要依据《课程标准》、教材内容和学生的具体情况进行综合分析。
基于教材内容和学生的实际情况,结合课程标准一级目标和二级目标的要求,我找出了本节课各教学内容(知识点)在课标中所对应的具体要求:
1、
能在教师的指导下用英语做游戏并在游戏中进行简单的交际;
2、能根据拼读的规律,读出简单的单词;
3、在具体语境中理解现在进行时的意义和用法,在实际运用中体会现在进行时的表意功能。
4、关注中外文化异同,加深对中国传统文化的理解。
教材分析

They’re…,与前一模块相比,第三模块只是人称的变化,这样的教材编排对于学生来说循序渐进,易于理解和掌握。另外对于动词的ing形式的构成和发音,学生在第二模块通过观察、感知、比较已经发现规律并进行了总结,这对于本节课的继续学习奠定了基础。
学情分析
通过一年的英语学习,大部分学生养成了很好的
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)学习习惯,积累了一些英语学习方法,并且仍然对英语学习保持着相当大的兴趣和积极性,特别是对自己感兴趣的内容,比如动物、身体、水果、食物、数字等等,本课相对于以前学习的内容稍稍有难度,尤其是现在进行时的深入学习,涉及到非常多的新单词,因此要想让学生学得扎实、学得投入,教学活动的设计必须合理、有吸引力。
本次授课班级共有40个学生
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?),通过两个月的接触我发现班级中有3个孩子已经提前学习过本册大部分知识,每节课只要稍加点拨,就可以轻松完成学习任务,还有8位学生在校外学习英语,掌握的单词量很大,基础很好,因此课堂上接受能力较快,这部分孩子可以做为小组长,帮助组内其他有困难的同学,提高学习效果。另外还有6个学生相对接受能力较差,授课过程需要给与更多的关注和鼓励。
对于四年级的孩子,本课极具故事情节的内
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)容非常有吸引力,其中现在进行时的意义、动词的变化在第二模块已经学过,90%以上的学生都能理解现在进行时的含义,并能运用What

这类句子进行简单的交际。通过随堂的课堂达标检测可以看出,绝大多数学生都正确拼读动词的ing
形式,如reading,

playing…这为本节课的学习奠定了基础。本课篇幅较长,对于刚刚升入四年级的学生来说,第一课时正确朗读课文将是本课的一个难点,需要老师和同伴的帮助。
基于以上分析,我确定了教学目标:

(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)答问题、模仿朗读课文的过程中,学生理解课文含义,落实了教学目标3。通过分角色朗读的方式进行了检测,大部分学生需要同伴和老师的提示,目标达成效果不太理想。
我认为本课较为成功的设计有以下几点:首
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)先是新单词的学习。我尽量做到在句子中教单词,以旧引新,让学生先尝试拼读,而后纠正发音,帮助他们总结一些字母和字母组合的发音规律。如通过apple学习people,
通过coat学习boat,
window-
row,
dress-chess,
green-between,
pink-drink,等等。这样的设计降低了学习的难度,加深了记忆。
另外在本节课培养了学生的自主学习能力,

2
四幅图的学习中,我都是让学生来尝试提问,而后通过听音、自读课文、看CD-ROM等不同的形式让学生自己找出答案,解决问题。

(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)学生先初步了解课文,我给了学生一些图画的提示,让他们选出一路上看到的有意思的事情,知道本节课要重点学习的四幅图,进而分别学习。在学习的过程中我尽量做到在句子中教单词,在语境中理解句子含义,并进行不同形式的操练和替换练习。重点词句、段落学习之后,通过Amy
的不断提问引导学生思考:Why
does
Amy

让孩子们知道,了解和宣传祖国的传统文化是我们的责任和义务。
在授课过程中,我也发现了教学设计的不足之处:
首先是评价的设计不够巧妙,虽然我运用了口
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)头评价、表情动作手势进行表扬,还奖励了一些小卡片,但是我想如果评价能与本课所学内容联系起来,或者让评价成为本课学习的一条主线,那样才真正发挥了评价的积极作用。但是由于想法不成熟,找不到好的切入点,很遗憾最终没能尝试。
其次,在教学过程中我没有更多关注后进
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)生,在教学设计时也没有过多考虑他们的感受和接受能力。有几个孩子一节课除了同桌问答时开过几次口之外,几乎没有举手回答问题。在今后的教学中,我们在制定教学目标和进行教学设计时,不能只考虑课堂是否能流畅、学生表现是否积极,只照顾到大部分学生,而忽视了最需要帮助的那些人。
另外,通过本节课,我还有一些感悟:
1.在组织课堂用语方面,要精炼,越简单越好,下达的任务要明确,要使学生听明白。
2.学生是学习的主体,是课堂的主人,老师只是个引导者,要把充分的时间还给学生,让其充分的练习、消化和巩,特别是要在拓展环节上下功夫。《What
