本课中，我始终以亲切的目光，含蓄的微笑，轻松的表情，和蔼的态度出现在学生们的面前，提高了他们学习的积极性，努力创造舒适、轻松的课堂氛围。
结合“第二语言”帮助学生理解教师
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)的指令和语言。如师生问好，教师边说边做出问好的姿势；让学生走到讲台，并回座位；回答问题得到表扬和肯定等等。对于三年级初学英语的孩子来说，能起到事半功倍的效果。
2、重视自然拼读，语音规律寓教无形。
本课的单词数量多，难度大，对于三年
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)级的学生掌握起来有一定的难度。首先帮助学生解决单词中的元音读音或字母组合的读音。如新词“nice”先让学生掌握元音字母i的读音，然后拼读整个单词。新词“meet”先让学生掌握字母组合ee的读音，然后拼读整个单词。新词“afternoon”先让学生掌握字母组合oo的读音，然后拼读noon部分，最后读出afternoon。引导学生发现读音规则，既降低了难度，又提高了新词的记忆能力。
3、变换课堂活动方式，提高课堂教学效率。
在课堂教学中，围绕教学目标

在自主的课堂教学中，通过质疑、小组讨

当然，本节课也有不尽人意之处，表现在：
1、发现个别学生的语音缺
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)陷，却因为照顾课堂教学时间，没有及时纠正。教师也存在口误，今后应该注意适时纠错。小组活动展示环节，个别同学纪律不好，教师应及时提醒孩子，及时有效地组织课堂。
2、教师自己在课堂导入及
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)教学环节前后衔接方面还需要简介自然、恰到好处，力争做到更快捷、更直观，以保证课堂教学的有效性。今后应注重专业知识的学习，丰富自己深厚的教学底蕴。
3、教学的过程性评价不是很明显，应该突出学习过程中对学生的评价激励，极大地激发学生学习英语的积极性，实现课堂教学的高效率。
