Unit 6的主题是Time,Lesson3 I get up at seven.的语言功能是描述一天的作息时间。本课主要讲述了Li Ming and Danny一日的生活作息,课文以第一人称的口吻进行了日常生活的简单描述,主要语言包括:I get up at seven. I go to school at eight. We go home at four thirty. I go to bed at nine.话题贴近学生的生活实践,具有很强的语用性。在备课过程中,我查阅了许多相关资料,发现外研版新标准英语一年级起点第6册的Module 5 Unit 1 I get up at seven o’clock.一课所涉及到的教学内容与本课基本一致,都侧重于“I…at…”这一句式的应用,考虑到学生一日的时间安排不应该仅仅局限于get up, go to bed等,还应该包括have breakfast, have lunch, have dinner, read books, watch TV, play games等日常活动的安排,而且这些词组学生之前已经学过,因此,在拓展环节我给学生适当增加了难度,鼓励学生结合自身情况运用所学进行描述;此外,为了整合课程资源,我还将牛津英语中的小故事“What time is it?”进行改编,作为绘本呈现给学生,以此进行拓展阅读,并使学生初步了解中西方学生作息时间的差异。21cnjy.com

教育家杜威曾经说过:“给孩子一个什么样的教育,就意味着给孩子一个什么样的生活!”三年级的学生对于英语学习还只是刚刚起步,教师创设什么样的课堂氛围,直接关系到学生对英语的学习兴趣和积极性。通过执教本节课,我认为教师应该着力打造英语魅力课堂,使学生感受英语的魅力。21教育网
(一)创设一个“情感”的课堂。
1、一位英语教师应该富有“激情”。一个没有激情的教师,如何能调动学生的情感,如何能让学生充满热情地学习?在本节课的准备过程中,我曾经试讲过一次,由于备课不够充分,课件播放出现问题,我的情绪有些低落,随之而来的便是学生的注意力不集中,对于我布置的任务没有积极的投入其中,可见,教师的情感直接影响了学生参与课堂学习的热情。
2、尊重“需要”,注重“激趣”。 教学过程中要面向全体学生,要考虑到不同学生间的差异及年龄特点,我们可通过多种方式激发学生学习兴趣,或直观演示、或角色扮演、或小组竞争……努力创造“我要学”“我想学”的积极气氛。为了激发学生的学习兴趣,在热身活动中,我采用男女生对唱的方式演唱歌曲“It’s time for lunch.”,在复习环节,通过真实的学生照片引导学生描述活动及时间,这些都很好的调动了学生的积极性。在扮演Danny谈论“Danny’s day”的时候,孩子们个个兴趣盎然,跃跃欲试。“激趣”极大地调动了学生的主动性和积极性,教学过程也就“变苦为乐”。 21cnjy.com
3、教学活动中要注重情感、态度、价值观的渗透。
在谈论“Li Ming’s day”时,我适时点拨“Now, we know Li Ming is a good boy, he can follow his time well.”学生初步有了要遵守时间安排的态度取向,在后来谈论“Danny’s day” “Sam’s day”时,我再三引导学生领悟:应该做一个遵守时间安排的好孩子,如此一来,本节课不但使学生学习了相应的语言知识,还能寓情于教,促进学生的心智发展。21·cn·jy·com
(二)创设一个“开放”的课堂。
1、让孩子勇于展示自己。“教学不仅仅是一种告诉,更多的是学生的一种体验、探究和感悟”。给孩子多大的舞台,他就能跳出多美的舞蹈。课堂上,孩子的创造力和表现力有时简直是我们难以想象的,当我出示了本课的思维导图,布置学生对课文进行复述时,我本来的设想是学生能够正确的复述即可,出乎我的意料的是,有的学生竟然能够带着动作和手势进行复述;还有的学生能够在白板前边指图边介绍,俨然像个小老师,当我对他们的表现予以肯定是时,竟有更多的学生想要表现的更好,多么强的表现欲啊!www.21-cn-jy.com
2、注重实践,多角度感悟语言。 叶圣陶先生曾说过:教材无非是例子。那么,学生将例子学会之后,接下来的应该是大量的实践,只有在实践中,学生的能力才能不断巩固、提高。基于这个思想,在文本处理完之后,我又设计了“Design my timetable and introduce my day”的任务活动,引导学生结合自身的生活实际,将所学语言进行有效输出,达到学以致用的目的。
3、丰富资源,培养跨文化交际意识。语言与文化是密切相关的,学生学习英语,应当了解英语国家地区的人文发展,拓展文化视野。在本课的拓展环节,我引用了牛津英语的教材“Sam’s Day”,将它进行改编,通过多媒体课件制作成有声绘本引导学生听故事并读故事,从而使学生了解了国外小学生的一日作息安排,初步培养了学生的跨文化交际意识。
总之,英语课堂是一个充满魅力的课堂,它要求老师有很高的人文素养,有丰富的语言知识,还要有机智的课堂应变组织能力,才能够激活它并驾驭它。今后我将继续努力,力求每一节英语课都能陪伴孩子们度过一段幸福快乐的时光!21世纪教育网版权所有

Step 1. Warm-up.
1. Greetings.
2. Sing a song: It’s time for lunch.
3. Review: What time is it? It’s … o’clock. I have lunch … Courseware shows some pictures of different times and activities, then have the students practice to describe the time properly.

本课的评测练习采用的是课堂上拓展活动的练习,练习题共分两部分:第一项,学生要完成表格,首先要认读并看懂activities中的各项,并能够联系自身实际情况合理规划时间。第二项,小组内交流自己的作息时间安排。21世纪教育网版权所有
从课上学生的练习情况看,整体情况比较理想。
第一项:完成率90%。活动结束时有3名学生还没有写完,说明3位学生对于表示活动的词组认读有障碍,还有个别学生watch TV一项没有时间安排,我认为符合学生实际,因为有的学生确实没有watch TV的时间。21教育网
第二项:目标达成率为83.3%。根据课后的反馈,30位学生中有4位学生对于个别时间的描述不准确,有1位学生不会认读do homework,当然还有个别学生在做report时语言不够流畅,表达不够清晰,今后我将创造更多的机会让学生大胆说英语,并且注重培养学生完整的表达能力。
