六年级英语还是属于小学英语的范畴,说到底
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )孩子们还是属于一群孩子,而面对这群孩子我们要做的是调节好学生的情绪,让学生有一个好的学习气氛,通过本节课我觉得需要从以下几方面来调动孩子的学习气氛:创设愉悦的课堂环境。 1.把微笑带进课堂。“微笑是教师的职业需要”,教师无论在生活中遇到什么不顺心的事,都不能把这种情绪传染给学生,教师要有高度的控制力。2教师要善于激起学生的求知欲,使学生呈现出求知若渴的状态,引导学生积极主动探索新知识,这正是教师为课堂教学创设的最佳环境。3、教育要面向全体学生,因材施教,教师要给每一位学生成功的机会,不应歧视差生,激励、鼓舞是教学的真谛,要使每一位学生都能在“心理安全”的气氛中学习,才能全面发展。 二、培养良好的学习兴趣。托尔斯泰说过:“成功的教学所需要的不是强制,而是激发学生的兴趣。”能使学生在愉悦的气氛中学习,唤起学生强烈的求知欲望,是教学成功的关键。培养学生的英语学习兴趣可以通过营造轻松活泼的教学环境,学用结合,发散式教学,课外阅读以及采用先进的教学手段等来激发学生的学习兴趣,提高英语课堂教学质量。在英语教学过程中,教师应发挥各方面的作用,不但要教给学生英语知识和学习英语的方法,更重要的是要不忘时刻调动学生学习英语的兴趣,激发他们学习的动机,使学生从英语学习中获得乐趣而不是感到充满压力,只有把学习英语的外因和内因充分结合起来,并充分调动学生的内因(兴趣),才能真正有效地提高学生学习英语的效率,达到事半功倍的效果。三、鼓励积极的课堂参与。英语课堂教学是在教师的组织和指导下,学生积极参与配合的过程,以学生为中心是这个过程的出发点。因此,组织课堂教学既要充分发挥教师的主导作用,又要切实体现学生的主体地位。学生的主动性和积极性是决定教学质量的关键,而教师的主导作用又决定着学生的兴趣浓淡、主动性和积极性的高低。假如按照传统的教学模式,教师垄断课堂,教师当演员,学生当观众;教师照本宣科,学生洗耳恭听;教师问,学生答;课堂气氛只会越来越沉闷,教师越教越吃力,学生越学越没劲,最终,学习兴趣被湮没,学习动机被窒息。教师的“教”是为学生的“学”服务的,教师要研究学生,要了解学生对课程学习的心理和需要。组织教学要从实际出发,按照英语教学的原则,给学生创造各种语言环境,提供各种运用英语的机会,让学生充分接触英语,运用英语,力争最大限度地为学生创造显示才能、发挥才智的英语环境,使学生始终保持学习英语过程中的主动状态,使教学过程本身成为学生听、说、读、写能力的发展和提高过程。总之,英语教学是一门艺术,它充满着创造和激情,教师要充分利用语言本身的魅力去感染学生,当然自身首先应被这门语言的魅力深深地打动,要达到“育人者育于人”的境界,这是提高英语教学效果的真谛。
