一.教材分析
在这个话题中主要介绍了音乐的分类,ruclassical music,pop music 和music,并介绍了一些乐器、乐队、歌手等的情况。在这一话题中,感叹句是重点语法,而be going to 的结构用法贯穿始终。
二、教学内容分析
本节课要求学生学习新单词和短语,初步学习感叹句,学会乐器的名称并复习be going to结构,谈论音乐会。
三、学情分析:
1. There are 50 students in the class, with 23 boys and 27 girls;、
2. The Ss have good learning hobbies and they are often active in the class;
3. The Ss have already learnt about the usage of “used to do sth”
四、教学目标
1、新单词和短语:

2、重点句型:

教学重点:
掌握本课单词和短语,学会感叹句,让学生多练达到掌握。
教学难点:
谈论音乐会。
Teaching Procedures:
Stage 1: Review
Step 1: New words learning: Ss and T read the new words in Section A together.
Step 2: Ss read all the words again together.
Stage 2: Presentation of 1a
Step 1: Talking about “music”: Ss listen to 5 different types of songs and talk about feelings about the songs.
Step 2: Leading-in: Ss listen to 《My heart will go on》 and try to sing the song after the recording.
Step 3: Talking about “music”: Ss talk about the music with T’s questions to get information about famous singer “Celine Dion”.
Step 4: Listen and understand: Ss listen to the tape without looking at the book and then answer T’s questions.
Step 5: Repeat and understand:
Ss read after the tape and then read together with T’s Chinese instruction. Then T explains some important phrases:
1) be going to (do);be going to (n.) 将要,计划做某事
eg: He is going to a concert. 他将要去演唱会。
I am going to take English lessons. 我将要去上英语课。
2)感叹句 How + adj.\adv. + n. + v ; What + (a/an) + adj. + n.
Eg: How carefully he studies!
How wonderful !
How clever!
What a lovely dog !
What interesting books !
3)lend sb sth; lend sth to sb 借某物给某人
Can you lend me your books = Can you lend your books to me r
Step 6: Practice: Ss read the passage together and then T and Ss read in different roles.
Stage 2: Learning 2a, 2b
Step 1: Leading-in:
1) Ss listen to the song 《二泉映月》and guess what kind of musical instrument it is (Erhu)
2) Then Ss talk about what kind of musical instruments do they know with T’s help.
Step 2: Presentation: Ss learn about the musical instruments according to the pictures.
Step 3: Listen and number: Ss listen and number the pictures in 2a.
Step 4: Practice:
1) Ss and T ask and answer about “musical instrument” according to the questions in 2a;
2) T asks Ss to practice the dialogue in pairs following the modals and some pairs present their dialogues.
Stage 3: Poster-making task
Step 1: Understanding: Ss read 1b together and T asks some Ss to introduce briefly the contents of the poster. (where / When/ Who …)
Step 2: Practice: Ss try to make a poster together with T’s help.
Stage 4: Summary
Step 1: T makes a summary of Section A ( be going to, exclamatory sentences, musical instruments.)
Step 2: Homework:
1) Finish Part 3;
2) Finish exercise :Copy new words and sentences .
