学情分析:
九年级的学生经过两年的初中英语学习,绝大部分同学已具备一定的听、说、读、写能力。能听懂简单故事的情节发展,理解其中主要人物和事件;能在教师的帮助下或根据图片用简单的语言描述图片或参与角色扮演等活动;能从文章中找出有关信息,理解大意,并预测故事情节的发展和可能的结局;能在教师的帮助下或以小组讨论的方式起草和修改作文。但是学生两极分化的现象也比较严重,教师在教学中,要善于针对不同层次的学生,设计出不同要求的各种教学活动和教学任务,让每个学生都可以感受到学习的成就感,并能在中考的压力之下,保持较旺盛的求知欲和持久的学习兴趣。
