首先,“一师一优课、一课一名师”活动营造了
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )浓郁的教研氛围,使我们有了一个共同的话题,大家常为一个细节而发表自己的意见和观点,教研氛围异常热烈。我们这次的课题是五年级第五单元的第四课时,是关于方位介词教学的研究。对于热身启动环节,一定要进行精心的设计,在课堂伊始就调动学生的积极性,为整节课做好铺垫。如在第一次试讲后,针对导入环节费时且目的性不强,两位老师分别献计献策,直言不讳地说出各自的想法,最后设计出了精彩的导入。如王老师给我的建议:一上课与学生进行亲切简单的交流,交流的过程中带领学生感知单词,并感受新句型,简单明了,且学生易于理解,提高兴致。通过自有谈话从设置疑问开始导入能即提高学生的积极性又能对所学知识复习,何愁学生的英语学习积极性不高呢?
其次,通过这次精心的打磨,
