针对这节课，我在设计时追求体现出英语学习的趣味性、实用性、创造性，这样不但是语言学以致用，培养学生的拓展能力，而且有利于学生素质的全面发展。
在这节听、说课的授课过程中，我努力控制自己对课堂的占有欲，把课堂充分换给学生；可是，在实际操作过程中效果并不理想，接下来我要继续提高。再就是，上课前松后紧的毛病在课上还是略有体现，

本课时通过Sarah ，Wu Yifan，Amy 的假期活动进行询问而开展的对话，进一步体会一般过去式的语句，可以将所学知识灵活运用到实际生活中，真正达到知识服务生活的目的。Let’s Learn 部分，通过图片及两人对话，学习了表示过去时间的单词和短语，并会用过去式向他人介绍自己的假期活动。Let’s try 部分，先让学生听音选择，对课文有一个初步的了解；这样，再进行Let’s talk部分，更顺风顺水。
重、难点：本课时涉及到的重点词、句，以及学生能够运用过去式描述的事情。
突破：本节课教学中，我用图片导入新词，领读，并把词汇编入自己和儿子的故事；这样，就把抽象的语言形象直观的体现出来，让学生更加乐于、易于接受和掌握。在Role play 环节，我更是出示图片引导角色扮演。很大程度上调动了学生的学习积极性！
