教学目标:
1、能听、说、认读tall,short,fat,thin并理解词义。
2、能够听懂、会说句型:Look

giraffe,

tall.
3、听懂含有形容词的几个指令,并按指令做动作。
4、在活动中习得语言,激发学生学习英语的兴趣。教育学生爱护动物,懂得动物是世界不可缺少的一部分。
教学重点:

do。主要教学四个形容词tall,short,fat,thin,并能根据指令做出相应的动作。讲述的是学生到动物园看各种不同体态特征的动物,并对它们的体型作对比来学习形容词。
教学实践中我们发现:基于学生学习心理和各
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )阶段身心发展特点,很多相关的知识点采取了分散教学的方法,让学生循序渐进地掌握。例如有关animals内容的知识点就分散于PEP各册教材、教材的各个单元,甚至教材的各个“角落”。本单元是学生学习PEP教材过程中,第二次遇到关于animals的话题,是上册运用英语谈论动物的巩固和延续,也是学
“At
the
farm”的铺垫,起着承上启下的作用。本课时是单词教学,是用形容词描述动物特征的基础。

教学反思
首先从教学目标来分析:
1.在知识目标上看,是在学过tall、s

fat,giraffe这一些词汇的基础上,在实际情景中应用这些词汇,要求学生不仅能熟练掌握四个生词,并且能在情景中运行它们,学会描述动物特征,巩固所学知识,达到学以致用的目的。
2.从情感目标来看,要求学生在学习有关动物的语言后,教育学生要爱护动物,保护和谐生态的意识。
再次,
从教学过程来分析:
1、在热身的第一部分,通过同类单词复习,引入动物,使学生能回忆起旧知识,课堂容量大,拉进新旧知识的距离;
2、第二部分,通过对比悬殊的图片学习新的形
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )容词,对比明显,易于记忆,图片新颖,贴近学生生活,容易调动学生的兴趣。本节课的图片很多,练习的多,学生掌握的就好。
3、拓展环节,用家庭图片来学习练习所学知识

当然,不论从这堂课的设计中
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com ),还是在教学过程中自然会有不足之处。由于是自选内容上课,本节课所学内容较少,但教学目标不该过低,所以在教学设计上应该提高一些难度,但在实际教学中,过于重视了基本的知识而在拓展环节有些仓促。
