课后反思：
尽管课前准备了很长时间，尽可能的
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )充分备课，但是自以为备好的课没有进行实践，谁都想不到到底呈现出来会是怎样。课后我看来自己的视频课，并对自己的课进行了思考：
首先，机械操练的较多，形式较单一。
由于过分的担心孩子们掌握不好句型，所以机械
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )的领读、自读、小组读、齐读等单一的机械训练设计的过多，如果再删除一部分机械练习，呈现小动物让孩子们自己练习说会更好一些。
其次，
拓展环节没能达到预想效果。
孩子们可以准确的运用“It
has...”但是Look
at
the
monster.It’s...等句不太会运用。
然后，没能公平公正的评价各组，各组机会均等还有不足。
虽然分了6个组，在提问时我尽量想着机会均等
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )，但由于各组回答问题难易不同，得到的奖励数量不一样，因此，还是不太公平。因为得到的奖励可以用于怪兽制作环节，所以有的组就可以组成一个很大的怪兽，而个别组的就只能是小怪兽。孩子们心理上接受不了，有的孩子课后还因为这事而找我了。这一点的确是一个值得注意的问题。
最后，教师表情比较严肃，语速偏快，指令不够简洁，孩子们有时会出现听不明白的现象。这个问题是我的自身问题，需要自己尽快调整。
总体来说，用自己的学生比较
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )熟悉，配合的也比较好，课堂气氛比较活跃，完成了教学目标。但是不管是从教学设计还是课堂的表现来说还是存在这样那样的问题，真心希望得到各位专家、同仁的指导！(共11张PPT)
