1、本课时教学目标明确,整节课能围绕教学目标进行设计和教学，能达到预设的教学目标，而且重难点突出，学生掌握效果较好
2、能够培养学生自主学习，通过让学生读对话，对本节课中心进行提问，让学生自己发现本节课的中心思想，具有启发性，激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
3、老师在课堂上使用采用多种教学手段：P
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )PT课件，PK游戏等等。努力让学生参与到课堂教学中，学生的学习兴趣十分浓厚，十分愿意参与课堂的学习。当代教育主张“开放式课堂教学”，注重培养创新型人才。基于这一理念，我在教学过程中依据教学要求、结合教学内容有意识地充实了丰富有趣、针对性强的开放性游戏男生队和女生队PK的活动，使孩子们在“乐中学、学中乐”。比如，句型“What

it ”、“It’s... ”是本课的教学重点及难点，我在教学中分别采用了“漂亮钟面争抢认读”等活动，有效地提高了学习的趣味性，增强了学生的成就感。另外，在孩子们基本掌握It’s

to...句型之后，我鼓励他们说chant，让所学的知识得到升华，并把升华后的知识转变成为真实交际的能力。
4、我本节课最大的亮点是通过学生自主，老师引导的方式让学生自主发现问题，并解决了问题。

应加强课堂写的练习，为以后的教学做准备，以后在教学时应该注重课堂听说读写相结合。

to...是本单元的重点句型，贯穿整个单元，是以时间的表达以及描述不同时间进行的日常活动为主，紧密结合了学生的生活实际，逐渐引导学生用英文表述自己的日常活动。学生的日常生活丰富多彩，同时也很有规律，所以要学习时间的表述，让学生可以不同的时间进行的日常活动。而从难易程度上来讲，本课的教学设计基本上符合四年级学生英语学习的特点，大部分学生是能接受的。本课在设计时将时间与事件及地点相结合，呈现给了学生一个个短小的事件体系。将简单的时间表达进行了深入的挖掘，让学生在本课学习上不感到单调。同时，也给予了不同的学生不同的学习起点，并提出了不同的要求。
