引导学生学习Saturday, Sunday. In some western countries, the first day of the week is Sunday. In China, the first day of the week is Monday. Saturday and Sunday, they’re weekend.

Step 2 Presentation.
(1)自由对话,导入文本:
We are talking about weekends. Our friends are talking about weekends, too. 出示文本图片,Who are they? Danny wants to know Tom and Guo Yang’s weekend. So he has some questions. What are Danny’s questions?

课后反思

本课的内容是四年级上册第三单元的第三课,通过前两课的学习,学生对于周一到周五已经识读非常流利,对于动作短语也能熟练运用。本课难度不大,句型也比较容易掌握,从培养学生的学习兴趣和出发,为提高学生的口语表达能力,我从以下几方面设计本课,并取得一定的效果。21教育网
歌曲导入,激活课堂。
本单元最后一首歌曲《Days of the week》,里面涉及了一周七天的名称,借此歌曲导入,既可以让学生复习周一至周五的单词并初步感知周六和周日两个新单词,并通过学生喜欢的歌曲为学生创设了英语学习的氛围,激发学生的学习兴趣。然后,又出示目标,让学生通过默读的方式,明确目标,明确本课的学习重点。
归纳梳理,点明主题。
通过歌曲导入话题,复习周一至周五的单词并初步感知周六和周日两个新单词,也使学生迅速进入英语学习的氛围。通过free talk让学生回忆前面所学的知识, 再通过Sharp eyes的游戏,调动学生的学习积极性,并复习动词短语,为本课的学习打下基础。通过weekend和weekdays的梳理,完成一周七天的学习,也为学生理清工作日和周末,让学生清楚在运用知识时应有不同的活动,为学生能正确运用知识作了铺垫。www.21-cn-jy.com

四、巩固知识,拓展延伸。
本节课的主要内容是围绕“What do you do on Saturday?”这一话题展开教学的,我将本节课的内容进行了分解整合,以新词组为铺垫,在学习句型的同时主要将一般现在时作为了重点训练,要求学生能讲述自己周末进行的活动及学会询问别人周末做什么,并将词组代入替换。21cnjy.com
总结检测,布置作业。
通过让学生让学生回忆本课的学习内容,自己梳理所学知识。对本课的重点单词和句型进行同桌检测,明确学生的达标情况,掌握学情。把调查自己和家人的周末活动作为作业,课堂的学习,引申到课外,在实际生活中学以致用。
本课时虽然容量大,但难度不大,主要是在文本益友的基础上,强化学生对短语的巩固,对句型的运用。并且学生对教师的周末活动比较感兴趣,教师进行介绍示范,让学生在轻松愉悦的环境中,集思广义,让学生在小组讨论中,挖掘与文本有关的知识点,让学生将学过的英语知识点,形成总的知识点,让学生有话题可说,这样的学习氛围深受学生的喜欢。21世纪教育网版权所有

?本节课也存在一些问题,比如,学生在录课室比较紧张,我应该努力给学生创设轻松的环境。还有的环节,要求不够清楚,应该再具体一些。在细节方面的处理有些地方也不够巧妙,如:在整个的教学过程中,与学生的互动不是很顺畅,自身不能兼顾所有学生,如果能再花多一点时间让学生去练习,面向全体,使每个学生都有机会去表演,那也许效果会更好些。
