三、阅读(满分45分)
第一节:阅读理解(共20题,每小题2分,满分40分)
A篇
Teenager
Jake
Deham
was
skiing(滑雪)
with
his
family
in
the
USA
when
he
fell
over
and
lost
one
of
his
skis.
His
family
didn’t
know
that
he
had
a
problem.
They
kept
on
skiing.
When
they
got
to
the
foot
of
the
mountain,
there
was
no
sign
of
Jake.
Jake
couldn’t
find
his
ski
anywhere.
In
the
end,
he
decided
to
take
off
his
other
ski
and
walk
down
the
mountain.
But
he
couldn’t
work
out
the
right
way
to
go.
It
was
now
getting
dark
and
he
was
a
long
way
from
any
place
of
safety.
He
knew
that
he
might
die
that
night
in
the
cold
temperatures.
But
Jake
kept
calm(镇定).
At
home,
Jake
watched
a
lot
of
programmes
about
living
in
difficult
situations.
He
remembered
the
advice
from
these
programmes
and
knew
that
he
should
build
a
hole
in
the
snow.
He
made
a
hole
and
pointed
it
up
the
hill
so
the
wind
couldn’t
blow
into
it.
Outside
his
hole,
the
temperature
fell
to
a
dangerous-15℃
that
night,
but
inside
it
Jake
was
safe
from
the
cold.
But
he
had
to
get
down
the
mountain.
The
TV
programmes
always
said,“
If
you
are
lost,
you
should
find
someone
else’
s
tracks(足迹)
through
the
snow
and
follow
them.”
“I
wanted
to
live
my
life.”
remembers
Jake.
“So
I
got
up
and
I
found
some
ski
tracks
and
I
followed
those.”
He
walked
and
walked
and
finally
he
saw
lights.
Nine
hours
after
he
lost
his
ski,
he
found
a
team
of
worker
who
came
to
save
him.
He
was
safe!
His
mum
was
very
happy
when
she
heard
the
news.
Amazingly,
Jake
didn’t
even
have
to
go
to
hospital.
He
got
through
the
terrible
experience
without
any
injuries.
So,
the
next
time
someone
says
that
watching
TV
is
a
waste
of
time,
think
of
Jake.
Sometimes
TV
can
save
your
life!

B篇
Do
you
want
to
live
a
happier,
less
stressful
(有压力的)
life
Try
laughing
for
no
reason
at
all.
That's how
thousands
of
people
start
their
day
at
Laughter
Clubs
around
the
world-and
many
doctors
now
think that
having
a
good
laugh
might
be
one
of
the
best
ways
to
stay
healthy.

The
first
Laughter
Club
was
started
in
Mumbai,
India,
in
1995
by
Dr
Madan
Kataria.
"Young
children laugh
about
300
times
a
day.
Adults
laugh
between
7and
15
times
a
day,"
says
Dr
Kataria.
"Everyone's naturally
good
at
laughing-it'
s
the
universal
language.
We
want
people
to
feel
happy
with
their
lives."
There
are
now
more
than
500
Laughter
Clubs
in
India
and
over
1,
300
worldwide.

Many
doctors
are
also
interested
in
the
effects
(效果)
of
laughter
on
our
health.
According
to
a
5-year study
at
the
UCLA
School
of
Medicine
in
California,
with
laughing
there
is
less
stress
in
the
body.
Laughter
improves
our
health
against
illness
by
about
40%.

So,
what
happens
at
a
Laughter
Club
I
went
along
to
my
nearest
club
in
South
London
to
find
out.
I
was
quite
nervous
at
the
beginning
of
the
class,
to
be
honest-I
wasn't
interested
in
laughing
with
a
group
of
strangers,
and
I
was
worried
about
looking
stupid.
Our
laughter
teacher
told
us
to
clap
our
hands
and
say"ho
ho
ho,
ha
ha
ha,"
while
looking
at
each
other.
However,
our
bodies
can'
t
tell
the
difference
between
fake
laughter
and
real
laughter,
so
they
still
produce
the
same
healthy
effects.

Surprisingly,
it
works!
After
ten
minutes
everybody
in
the
room
was
laughing
for
real
and
some
people
just
couldn't
stop!
At
the
end
of
the
class
I
was
surprised
by
how
relaxed
and
comfortable
I
felt.
So
if
you're
under
stress,
then
start
laughing.
You
might
be
very
pleased
with
the
results!

We
all
know
that
exercise
is
good
for
your
health.
But
some
kinds
of
exercise
may
be
better
than
others.
Running,
for
example,
may
help
to
protect
against
heart
disease
and
other
health
problems. Running
also
may
help
you
1ive
longer.
Recently,
researchers
studied
more
than
55,000
adults.
About
one-fourth
of
the
adults
have
a
good
habit
of
running.
The
study
found
these
runners
were
much
healthier
than
non-runners.
In
fact,
the
runners
lived,
on
average,
three
years
longer
than
the
non-runners.
Running
may
be
good
exercise,
but
it
can
be
difficult
on
the
body.
Here
are
five
commonly
shared
ideas
among
fitness
experts
(健身专家)
to
reduce
the
risk
of
injury
for
people
new
to
running
or
jogging.
1.Take
it
easy
Do
not
run
too
much,too
soon
or
too
fast. Most
people
get
running
injuries
when
they
push
themselves
too
hard.
The
body
needs
time
to
get
used
to
increases
in
distance
or
speed.
2.Get
good
running
shoes.
There
is
no
single
best
shoe
for
every
runner.
You
should
find
the
shoe
that
offers
the
best
fit
and
support
for
your
feet.
More
importantly,you
should
replace
your
shoes
every
500
to
800
kilometers.
3.Take
good
notes
Take
some
time
after
each
run
to
write
down
notes
about
what
you
did
and
how
you
felt.
Look
for
patterns,things
that
happen
over
and
over
again.
For
example,you
may
find
that
your
knees
ache
when
you
run
on
consecutive
or
back-to-back
days.
But
perhaps
you
feel
great
when
you
rest
in
between
running
days. These
notes
will
help
you
identify
the
best
workout
for
you.

the

A.Good

from
running
B.Running
is
the
best
exercise
C.Health
problem
can
be
solved
by
good
exercise
D.Not
all
exercise
is
equally(同样的)good

)2.In
the
second
paragraph,
we
know___________.
A.a
good
habit
of
running
may
help
