教材分析
1. 本课的教学内容选自冀教版小学六年级英语八Unit3的第一课第一部分。本单元Li Ming、Danny尽情享受夏季的各种活动，并且讨论他们的暑期计划。
2本课课文主要学习below , flowers, leaves几个词汇。.
3. 通过本课的学习让同学们学会用简单的语言描述四季。
学生分析
1. 班内学生已经有一定的英语基础，具备了一定的听、说、读、写能力，但是也出现了不同水平的分层现象。
2. 学生已经了解并能表达一些四季的特点，但缺乏练习和应用。.
设计理念
设置真实的情景吸引学生参与到教师设置的各个环节中，继续激发学生的英语学习兴趣，使培养学生良好学习习惯的同时，提高与他人交往的能力。
教学目标：
一、 知识目标：
1.四会单词：leaves, flowers。
2.使学生能够正确描述四季的特征，正确表达自己在夏季喜欢干的事情。
二、 能力目标：
培养学生的口语表达能力和对语言的归纳总结和综合运用能力。
三、 情感目标：
进一步激发学生学习英语的浓厚兴趣，培养学生乐于与他人交往和交流的精神。
重 点：
1.读、写、听、说并听懂词汇
2.通过学习课文，让学生了解描述四季特征的表达方法，
3.学习英语词汇并运用到自己的生活中，从而培养学生的综合能力。
难点 ： 通过学习课文，让学生了解描述四季的表达方法，

教具学具： 录音机、四季图片，单词卡片 一些树叶 几朵花
教学流程：
一，Warm-up
T: Today I’m very happy. Do you happy
Ss: Yes.
T: Good . Lets sing a song .Ok
Ss: Ok.
学生在教师的帮助下同唱歌谣以营造学习英语的课堂氛围：
Spring Spring I like Spring
Summer Summer I like summer.
Fall Fall I like fall.
Winter Winter I like Winter:
二，Revision
,活动1：送礼物
教师拿出单词卡片袋走到某学生旁说：I give you a gift, but you need to read . Ok
S1: Ok. （教师说的时候同时从袋子里抽出一个单词卡片让学生读，教师抽出卡片spring）
T: say it please.
S1: spring spring
T: very good. （教师面向所有同学）Can you read it please spell it .
Ss: spring s-p-r-i-n-g spring
教师用同样的方法复习所有袋子里面的单词:summer,winter,fall.
活动2：
T:刚才你们收了我的礼物，老师有一个小小的请求你们能答应老师吗？
Ss:好。
T:(请同学们回答我两个问题)Please look out of the winter.Is this season Spring now
Ss: Yes.
T: Is It Summer
Ss:No.
T: You are great. This season is Spring. Summer is coming.
Now we will learn lesson 17: Summer is coming.(教师导入新课，同时板书。)
三，New concepts
（一）Teach the new words
1 教师出示树叶和花教新词leaves flowers
T: What’s this
Ss: leaf.
T: You are right.What are they
Ss: leaves.
T: Great! Read after me leaves leaves (教师板书leaves)
用同样的方法教flowers
2 练习
教师领唱，小组唱，同桌唱。
leaves leaves leaves on the tree.

（二）教师出示四季图片运用句型“What season is it ”学习在各个季节的天气状况。
T: please look at the picture. What season is it
S3: Spring.
T: Good.
（教师在学生看完图片是将图片贴在黑板上面，教师用同样的方法教其他的季节。）
（三）教师出示四季图片运用句型“What′s the weather like in Spring /Summer/ fall/ Winter ”学习在各个季节的天气状况。
T:What′s the weather like in Spring
S4: It is warm。/The weather is warmer.
（教师用同样的方法教其他的季节的天气状况）
（四）小组讨论
教师将学生分成小组讨论在四个季节中树叶的变化。
T：Class, In the different seasons , the trees are different ,too, What happens to trees
.(四个人小组讨论，将教师发给学生的问题的答案填写在纸上。并请组内全体学生回答，然后让全班分成两组进行对话)
Ss1: What happens to trees in spring
Ss2: Trees have new leaves.
